Situated in Shumen, 18 km from Madara Rider, Хотел Добруджа features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. I like that it's new, it's clean, it has a refrigerator, wardrobe and tv I never turned on, the comfortable new bed, but mostly I like that it has a great terrace with a table and a chair. If there was a possibility to connect the computer to the electricity, you can work from there, it's quiet enough. Also Valia, a woman working there, great customer caring!

The location was easy to find, and parking is possible both on the way and under the building. The check-in was so easy, and the staff is really helpful. The elevator functions well. The room is big and has two televisions. I loved the coffee machine and utensils in the room. The staff provides slippers incase asked. The best part of the hotel is its breakfast, which is way more delicious and varied than at several other hotels. I would definitely stay here next time.

The place was incredibly clean and the check-in and check-out procedure were very well arranged. The owners were very responsive and send us clear instructions on how to unlock rooms. There were dishes and utensils as well which proved very useful.

The staff was amazing. The location, betwixt the trainstation and center of the city was also good, and it was quiet during the night...wish that I could have stayed longer!

The patio near the pool makes a pleasant shady spot in the late afternoon (in summer.) The room AC is "glacial" when returning after a hot summer day of exploration, The hostess is cheerful, and friendly and speaks serviceable English.
