Located where I expected to be, as I need to fix some issues in the town, and the office was closer to the hotel. Did not have time to enjoy as my stay was quite short. and left before breakfast. Area is quite safe and I have walked during the night, returing from a chinese restaurant and it was OK.

How Fabricio the bar tender was attentive and eager to please. How Rodrigo was great in the morning during breakfast. Just perfect. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. Offering an outdoor pool, Cosmopolitano Hotel Boutique is located in the historical centre of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Our stay was fantastic! We made use of the early check-in (costs 50% of the room rate) so we could use the room in the morning already. The rooms were exactly as pictured, spacious and clean and with attention to detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, we got lots of fruit, yogurt with a bit of „cereal“, bread, butter, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. The hotel itself is beautiful, lots of plants, beautiful art on the walls, and of course there’s the pool! It’s perfect to relax, plan your trip, enjoy a drink… It’s also located in the centre of Santa Cruz so you can easily explore the city centre by foot. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! We would absolutely stay there again.

The people running this hotel are simply amazing. Kind, helpful and ready with information on the town. During heavy rain they even took us by car to the city centre. What a amazing welcome for us in Bolivia. Room is also very nice and clean with a good bed and good shower. Pool was a bit cold, but great refresher on hot days. If you want to visit Kaa Iya National Park, this is a great place for your tour to start and end.
