Clean, well maintained, many facilities.

Everything , including the location just next to Wadi el Gemal National Park. it offers wide range of different activities including big dive centre , quad bike dives over the desert and desert safari . Stuff is friendly and always very helpful. food is amazing, doesn’t matter what dietary restrictions you’ll find something delicious. I’m vegan and had plenty of meal options.

酒店环境好，档次高，沙滩拍照片很出片，餐食非常棒，在这睡觉太舒服了，不舍的离开。自驾去赫尔格达的话，时间充足可以考虑的，如果时间紧张，慎重选择。从卢克索开车过去要多开2小时。如果飞机去的话，推荐入住，他附近就有一个机场

Everything here is great, the service is excellent and the staff are really nice, especially in the main restaurant and the nut bar. The waiter is Hamada Al-Sudani.he is really nice guy

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

Easy checkin and friendly staff

We definitely love this property, in following ways: The hotel is quite big, it has beautiful swimming pools and each living block has its own swimming pool. Everything is clean and well managed. You can swim for about 5 to 10 minutes and reach the coral reef simply from the hotel’s private beach. That’s an activity I recommend every guest to have a try. The stuff are great. We received a warm welcome with welcome drinks as we arrived. Then to our surprise, they kindly upgraded our room. The stuff in front desk, room service team, restaurant, among the beach or swimming pool, all of them work to their best to make guests happy. Oh, btw, we tried 2 restaurants and the main buffet restaurant, food is good. This stay is definitely above our expectations. If possible I hope I can come back soon. 在这里的3天时间中，我们很惊讶没有遇到任何华人旅行者。这家酒店的设施环境非常不错，很清净， 值得一提的是员工的服务很好，无论是餐厅还是前台都很有礼貌和效率。感觉他们会好多种语言。 还可以在酒店自己的海滩附近浮潜。很值得来住一住！

Great hotel awesome staff and great pools and beach and very clean rooms and very tasty food i really enjoyed my stay it was an exceptional time i enjoyed my time so much

Oasis", i had an idea and picture in my mind of the meaning of this word before our trip. After our trip, i can truly say i found a little gem of a diversparadise in Marsa Alam. From arriving in the airport to saying goodbye at the end of our trip, we were greeted with so much warmth, kindness and professionalism that will blow your mind totally in the positive way 😁 The hotel, a collection of little houses with seaview, and opendeck restaurant give you the feeling of being in a tiny community, actually divefamily. Food is buffetstyle in the morning and evening and even possible for lunch. We chose a la carte for lunch. Always tasty, never blend or boring and even spicy is an option 😉 We stayed 7 nights and were never offered the same dish twice. Divecenter I have dived all over the globe and can honestly say that this divecenter exceeds all expectations. Very personal and professional service: top notch briefings, enthousiastic and kind guides, helpfulness of all the divepersonel (in house and after dives), decent equipement and so on... A big thank you to all of you @ Oasis, i had an amazing holiday and hope to be back some day!

Exceptional stay with everything that comes to your mind including but not limited to the following: Aqua park - friendliness - food quality - hygiene - room service - facilities ...etc.

Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good

Kind, helpful and super supportive stuff. Great location for diving and snorkeling. Very relaxing and natural friendly place. Food is just amazing!

Lovely dive lodge. A bit quiet as out of season but staff so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good selection of food. Great area for snorkelling and diving, very close to the beach

Thank you so much for the great hospitality everything was perfect and they are very professional. Many thanks for the Hossam he is a very professional one who is trying to make the guest satisfied as much as he could, he made the honeymooners package amazing for us. The food wad very tasty and the portions were delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone who would like to have a good time and relaxation
