Those are the people with whom we got most in touch with and they are really professional, very friendly with unforgettable hospitality and very attentive! I have never seen such service in my whole travelling experience. The food is also between very good (4 stars ) and excellent (5stars), it depends on the days and on your preferences, but if you don’t like something they will change it immediately! Very professional team, always ready to help, we have been upgraded to a room with a better view, room service cleans several times per day a suite. Property was incredibly beautiful, well planned and serene. Water and island were pristine. Views are breathtaking. Staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, helpful and inviting. Food was excellent with a wide variety of options. Chef’s were very accommodating to individual preferences. Fun water activities with great staff to guide you. Overwater villas were beautiful with incredible sunrise and sunset views.
