cost. If it is not for a business trip, I will twice in booking this place. Otherwise, all other aspects are great.

Very accessible, that is why I always book myself here when in business trip. Location is great as it is just walking distance to shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back again and again.

our room window was into the inside yard, so was quiet, only early in the morning someone started to work.

Beds made up on arrival but then not done daily. No air conditioning although electric fan was provided in the room Our room overlooked the main street & noise outside with traffic & pedestrians throughout the night could be disruptive

Room was clean, comfy & spacious with good shower & towels. 2nd pillow requested & supplied. Breakfast had a good choice of cereal, fruit & yogurt, ham, cheese, tomato. cucumber, peppers. Scrambled egg/omelette with either sausage or bacon. Boiled eggs. Cakes, breads, rolls, tea, coffee, fruit juice & water. Breakfast room kept clean by a team of efficient staff with all foods replenished quickly. Although the hotel was busy there was no issue with noise from within the hotel

Generally, we still liked the hotel and would go back for a budget holiday. For breakfast, maybe a wider variety of fresh fruit rather than tinned would be preferable. There were fresh apples and oranges but a bit messy to peel. We had a pillow each but personally would have preferred an extra pillow for more support..

The staff was very welcoming. The place was clean, simple but comfortable. Most of all, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was generally sufficient. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable enough. Reasonable space too. The hotel is very central especially easy to get to if walking down the street by Neubaugasse Station side entrance.

Bed mattress were a bit too thin for us, and the shower screen had a small defect. However, good price value.

Good location close to 2 metro lines and shopping area. Varied and filling breakfast. Spacious room in quiet environment. Half hotel half student house but nicely done.

The floor could have been cleaner. Also the toilet and shower could have been cleaned out better.

There was no AC in the room, only a mid-size fan. Few days were very hot and the room temperature was not very comfortable.

Great location very close to the city centre!!! Easily reachable by metro from main train station; walking distance from historical center. Large rooms equipped with useful forniture and comfy beds. Very good breakfast with wide variety of food choices. Possibility to leave bags in the luggage rooms before check-in/after check-out.

Delicious breakfast, from 6:30-9:30, you have a long time to enjoy food. Wonderful location, 57a bus station, SPAR supermarket is a next-door neighbor, U2 and U4 are near, a lot of restaurants around. Silent in night.

Location is near the metro and the Nashmarkt. Everything you need for breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious Receptionists are very sympathic and helpful

The room didn’t have AC. The bed linen wasn’t clean. The WiFi didn’t work the first two days.

The location was great, close to two subway lines. Amazing buffet breakfast.

The rooms were too hot and the duvet was for winter and no air-con in the rooms only a fan, the bedsheets weren’t changed at all during my stay

Overall was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good
