We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaExpensive breakfast not included. The Sunset Bar and Grill is great for drinks, but the food disappointed.
There are two pools, one is adults only and has a great bar and food. Great spa with excellent treatments. Good not to plan too many tours as you are right near the beach and the swimming is excellent this time of the year.

Although a bit out of the main town, we didn’t find this an issue as it was the only hotel located right on cable beach. We loved how close it was to cable beach and how much there was to do at the hotel , including pools, gym and restaurants. Loved the free drinks and snacks poolside on a Friday afternoon.

Loved the style of CBCR the gardens, location (unfortunately the beach was closed so a bit disappointing) you can’t control crocs!! The main pool made up for it. Also loved the Day Spa.

Everything really but especially the adult only pool - so good to have a quiet adult pool. Garden room was beautifully quiet close to the pool. Laundry facilities . Last here 19 years ago and really has been well maintained in that time

Love it at this resort it’s our fifth visit, we dined with English relatives at your best restaurant, food was great but you should not charge $13 for a bottle of tap water, water is free and we know that, it would be wise to look after diners who know are paying a premium to dine in this restaurant.

AustraliaThe staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making ourstay truly special. Located right on the stunning Cable Beach, the resort offers breathtaking views and easy beach access. The facilities, including the pool and well-appointed rooms, were excellent. Dining was a treat with a great variety of delicious food. Overall, an outstanding and relaxing experience in Western Australia that I highly recommend.
