It would be nice to have mosquito net on the balcony doors. Sound proofing is far from excellence, might be noisy during high season. Wi-Fi interface is strange and weak.

Hotel rooms are very nice and spacious, even a simple room one looks like a full-sized apartment. Kitchen is equipped fully, nice fridge, AC in every room working properly, nice view from the balcony on the next hotel and pool. Staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. Pool is nice and clean but cold, so you can use it instead of coffee to be energetic. Location is very communicative, 3 min walking to the big supermarket, 15 mins to the beach. I was here during low season so hotel was very quiet and calm. Thanks to the host for the gift at the end of stay.

The room kitchen equipment could be improved, we asked for a few things and the staff was able to get it for us. More lighting around the kitchen counter is recommended. We had some problems with the water taps (needed repairs) and this was taken care of quite quickly.

Great location about 15 minutes walk to the very busy Sunny Beach area. We had booked 9 nights initially but liked Sunny Beach so much we stayed for 3 weeks. The hotel has a small but very comfortable swimming pool that cools you down, it's very refreshing. We stayed in a studio on the top floor and it has a large balcony which was great. The room was adequate. Parking was either on the street in front of the hotel or sometimes inside the hotel gates. There is a supermarket within 2-3 minutes walk that is open 24 hours. They are pet friendly. The staff are very good and responded to our every request. The manager is very nice.

Great location, a pleasant 7-10 minute stroll to the beach and strip. Lovely staff/owners who simply couldn’t do enough for you. Spacious apartment with good facilities. Immaculate pool with sufficient loungers. Good shower, nice balcony. Me and my daughters loved it.

As others have said, the fact that our stay was short. With such a location and a manager, it felt like home. Other than that, I think it's useful for people to know that if they want to cook, the pans available are not the greatest, so maybe bring your own pans. We decided to make breakfast every day because it wasn't available at the cafeteria, since the hotel was fully booked and it probably doesn't have the capacity to provide breakfast to everyone. It's not a complaint. Just something I think people should have in mind. Other places don't even have pans and pots! If you have any questions, it's best to ask directly, I'm certain you will be met with kindness !

Everything was exceptional! The hotel is not very far from the beaches (aprox 15 minutes away from the nearest beach and 20 from Hidden Beach Bar, which I recommend) and is situated in a quiet zone, near exchange booths and supermarkets. The apartment is quite spacious and has AC in every room, which was what we were looking for. Everything was tidy and clean, the cleaning crew cleans and changes the sheets often. The hotel manager is truly as he was described by other people, very kind, polite, comunicative, always wanting to help and making sure we have everything we need. He should be a model for other managers. It was a pleasure to have him as our host. All in all, the hotel is worth the money spend and we will definitely come back!

Everything about Darius was excellent. The place is exactly as described, very clean, beds are comfortable, the pool is also very clean and few people during the day. The apartment was big and spacious with a huge balcony. The pool is nice and private. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The wifi was amazing throughout the property. It is located near 2 very big supermarkets and a food market so if you plan to cook its easy to get all ingredients nearby. The beach is a nice 10 minute walk away. The are is nice and quiet at night.

A/C right above the bed is not great, you need it for sleep but its blowing direct on you. A little more comfortable beds would be nice to give it a 10

People working there were super helpful, friendly and very kind. The parking is great, the pool is great - a little cold but great, elevator is also super to have. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. Food stores are a few min walk

We had an amazing stay, felt like we are at home. It is very calm and nice place. The hotel management is extremely supportive and do their job by heart. We are so thankful for the excellent time we had there. Special Thank you for the great care and support provided by the manager and all staff. The kid with us did enjoy the time around the pool. More over, she was so excited when got a goodbye gift from the hotel manager. See you again next year!

Nothing comes to mind, it was all excellent and far beyond our expectations!

Their restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, but the very kind manager supplied us with coffee and other drinks when we sat down at the swimming pool area. He even walked with us to the local shops and restaurants to show us where they were located, and then another day he accompanied us on the 500 metre walk to the beach to show us how to get there! Throughout our stay he and his two colleagues were extremely helpful to us, and although we arrived as strangers we felt that we left as friends. It was a truly memorable and wonderful two weeks stay, and we would gladly return there. We even had a small water leak from our shower control tap on the last Sunday of our stay which we reported, and even though it was a Sunday a plumber was located and arrived late that afternoon with a new fitting, and it was fitted within a few minutes! What absolutely fantastic service! Our apartment was very big and spacious and well equipped for self-catering. It had a small but adequate balcony from where we could look down to the garden and pool from our 4th floor vantage point. It was beautifully quiet there and we slept very well.

The water in the swimming pool was very cold , and the sun don’t get to the pool in the afternoon. ( only to some little space in a corner on the patio where is the pool ) The tv on the room didn’t work it don’t matter to me but maybe matters to others , also is not bathtub in the washroom so all the floor around including the toilet gets wet when you shower . ( didn’t matter to me but I think is good to know ) One of the Air conditioning was licking and is on top of one of the beds so we needed to turning off in the middle of the night . The other one works but takes long time to cool off . Also no microwave in the kitchen . Overall the studio was good , clean spacious good terrace and big . ( fair for the price ) We stay in the 6 floor at the corner room so not noise from neighbours.

The room (we booked a studio, at the last floor) is very large and it has a huge terrace, with a nice view over Sunny Beach. The beds are comfy and the room is well cooled with the 2 air conditioner, the kitchen is a bit separate from the rest of the studio and offers intimacy for every area. The pool is not very large but big enough for a proper swim. The staff is very friendly and they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Just like two years ago, the breakfasts were very tasty and plentiful. The staff is invariably helpful and friendly (both the manager and the ladies who help in the hotel). Value for money better than we expected. We got an exceptionally large, comfortable and clean apartment with a kitchen and two bedrooms, which was more then enough for 4 of us. The swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and a small bar adds variety to the usual sunbathing by the sea. All this made us extend our stay and we intend to come back next year. Thank you all for your hospitality!

It needs some minor renovations.

The staff and especially the host were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us. Away from crowded and loud streets, close to the supermarket (even two), a veggie market and a good grill restaurant that was quite cheap. The beach was also close. The swimming pool was a nice addition. We used it afternoon. Good value for the money. Recommended.
