Nothing serious, just some minor things could be improved. For example, the pillows were not comfortable. It would have been nice to have a kettle, tea/coffee in the room.

Location was ideal for us. Access to the garage was a real bonus as finding a parking space nearby was difficult. Very quiet at night. Good for an overnight stay.

Air condition wasn't working properly, even we followed all the visible and logical steps to set it up and even ask on the reception to confirm how it actually cools down

The biggest disappointment is that their restaurant was closed and it is closed almost 2 years. Basement parking is too dirty and canalization pipes are liking and smell is present at parking spaces, which was defective and deferring you at start but lukewarm rooms are making to forget the parking issues.

The location is perfect, right next to Paradise mall. This hotel is rather inviting couples or let’s say for private trips instead of business trips. In Paradise Mall there are a lot cafeteria and restaurants. The price is a little bit higher due to location. The bed and bathroom are very good, made in dark stile, just lacking jacuzzi. My first stay at beginning of August i stayed in suite 200 for three nights. The shower hose in the bath was damaged and water was spraying everywhere. I reported, but by the end of my stay, two more days it was not fixed.

Inside the hotel was clean as can be, everything is so shiny that when something isn't it kinda looks dirty even though it is the inside of the elevator shaft which is basically impossible to clean or outside of the main entrance, needs a it of a brush once a day out there

The place is nice, the shower/bathrooms design is cool could use a bigger shower head but is fine as is too, dope lighting and black/white color scheme, unlimited hot water

The lighting is pretty weak. We realise it is like that on purpose, but a few more lights would be perfect.

The underground parking (enough places, it is not hard to drive through it), the modern, minimalist design, kind staff, large room, good location near a park and the mall. The bathroom is also a fun touch to the design.
