We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkCoffee and tea facilities were in a different building so it was rather inconvenient to get that especially in this cold weather. It would be nice if one could borrow a small kettle. Another thing is rules in a restaurant. You cannot sit where you want. Everyone is allocated a seat. Of course, the area is limited but still, surely people would find the way to sit. Also,during dinner rules apply when to take from buffet. It felt rather strange.
Decent hotel. Clean room, excellent location, quiet area. I requested a room with a nice view on an upper floor and got it. Also got a charger for my phone. Thanks for that.

Czech RepublicIf you're in town to take advantage of the mountains and local sightseeing, this is the perfect place to stay in the Saas-Grund/Saas-Fee area. The woman who runs it is a gem of a human being and extremely accommodating and kind (she even helped me when I ran into some issues with the local transit system, which she didn't have to do), the rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. The food is also exceptional. I ate one meal at another restaurant in town that was much more expensive, but not nearly as good as the food at Pension Heino. 11/10.

All was great here. I would only add to the other glowing reviews that this is a great place for the solo hiker since you get to share dining tables with other solo hikers. I like to hike alone but in the evenings snd mornings it's nice to have companionship snd laygh and learn together

IsraelSome drip noise when showering the other room, but they stop after a minute. Some light through the curtains in the early morning.
Great location near the bus station, supermarket and pharmacy. Great view. Can go to travels by foot. The view from the bus to Saas-grund. Breakfast, room colors, room size, bath, cloths rack, heating, the decor in the entrance, the children play room, hostess, lighting in the room.

United KingdomThe staff in particular were amazing and incredibly friendly and welcoming. the hotel was beautiful and about an 8 minute walk to the main gondola station and about 4 minutes to the bus stop. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and varied and a very good price.
