There is no lift in this building which made taking luggage up difficult. The staff tried their best to help us which we appreciate but for the sake of everyone's safety and comfort it would be better if there was a lift. The breakfast is exactly the same everyday and you have no choice on what is served. The breakfast is toast, a sausage, one piece of fruit, a salad, egg. It becomes very repetitive since it is mostly bland and I wish it was on more of a self serve basis because I found myself wasting the same foods everyday because I don't eat some of what is always served. Also if there was easy access to salt and pepper etc. It did take a while for the breakfasts to be served too which meant that every day we would see some of the guests have to leave before the breakfast would come out for them as they had other commitments. I don't recommend using the booking.com taxi service from the airport to this hotel. Our driver had great difficulty finding this hotel and the journey was very stressful because of this. I think booking the airport shuttle car with the hotel is better even if it ends up being a little more expensive. I wish we did this and saved ourselves the stress.

The location is great, very close to the metro station and a main street with many shops, convenience stores and restaurants where we ate everyday. Easy access to all of Beijing through the nearby metro. The hotel itself was very clean, everyday we were given new slippers and waterbottles. The cleaning staff was very sweet and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and the beds were good. The reception staff are all quite young. They were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Special mention of staff member Lv Nannan who is the French and English speaking staff member. She was especially helpful to all visitors. She is incredibly competent, friendly, full of initiative and welcoming. She made the stay at this hotel a very positive experience and we will look back on speaking with her fondly. Her English was at a very high level and it seems her French is great too. There is a bar downstairs the hotel where we sat down for a beer in the evening, it was a very peaceful and fun experience. So I appreciate the hotel does this in the evenings too. Taxi airport shuttle service booking through the hotel was great and convenient. We booked the night before and the driver was there in the morning so thank you for making our journey to the airport so smooth!

No fridge in the room. Breakfast is served on plate, and usually half an hour to wait. So it is the best way to order it at 7 a.m. and got it before leaving for early day tour. Othervise you will miss breakfast. Price is a bit high due to facilities and surrounding. I mean it rather a hostel or budget hotel than hotel on this price.

It is really truth that the location is good, metro line is 3 minuts walking distance. But tha street is a bit dark, some days it can be used to it. Good coffe mashine for free coffee.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Property was in a great location. On a quiet hunting but close to many coffee shops and areas we wanted to go to. The staff is helpful and friendly- they helped us book an excellent private car to the Great Wall. Would stay here again.

Very central, nearby to all the main sightseeing places. I only stayed for one night but during my stay, all staff members were beyond welcoming and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay. It’s located about a 30 minute taxi drive from the airport.
