LOVE that the room included a mini fridge (unusual find in Domi), however the fridge was dirty and smelled bad. Couldn't store my fruit inside because of the odor :(

Prime location with beautiful beach, great restaurants, organic market nearby! Friendly staff and really cute ambiance!

It needs a lot of TLC. It’s looking tired. The staff were busy, always working but the place needs a face lift. The air conditioner dripped onto the bed, the main door was needing repair, the bathroom window had one clear glass (see through).

Location to beach and town great. The pool area is nice, only had breakfast (tasty) in the restaurant and the staff were friendly.

Fan didn’t work in our room and they refused to move us to a different room. We ended up not staying here and they didn’t refund our stay. Also the pool felt dirty.

There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the common areas and even then, it was slow. The hotel is also in need of maintenance. The light in the shower of our first room was so dim that there was no difference whether it was on or off, and the one in our second room would suddenly go off sometimes. We also experienced a bit of clogging in the toilet. Overall we had a negative experience and the price was expensive for what it was.

The only thing I liked was that the AC worked well, which was a lifesaver in the heat.

The hotel site is lovely, with lots of trees and plants and a great pool. The staff were friendly.

Breakfast was not good. room was not clean, there was trash on the floor from the previous person. Air conditioning was good and bed was comfortable enough.

Nothing like the reservation . Dirty futon furniture and limited hot water . Sticky floors .. clean sheets on old hard bed . Lights in courtyard shine in room all night.

The rooms were small and outdated. There was an electrical swith in the shower. Once you stepped out of the room, the smell of hot sewage hit you in the face. The breakfast that was included was terrible. We only went to breakfast once out of the two nights we stayed here.

The pool was nice after they turned on the lights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular.

The morning prior to arrival to the property, I received messages from Diuwak indicating that there has been a mistake in the rate for which we booked the property. We booked 2 nights for 102 USD. The owner told me that we needed to pay 90 USD more because of a mistake in the system in booking. They were very pushy for me to pay for a mistake that they made. Horrible service. The breakfast was of very poor quality and I question the kitchen hygiene. The hotel in general is very outdated. I assume that 15 years back it was a nice property, but they certainly don't have everything in order now. The shower didn't get warm and the toilet did not flush. Nonetheless I believe that this property has a lot of potential of these comments are taken into account.

The accomodation is very well located. The pool is nice.

Where to start!! We were shown to our room that was full of flying bugs and floor was dirty, as the door was open and the gardening staff was working on the yard right in front of the door. The A/C wasn't working very well and when we went to sit down on the bed, it wasn't even a bed. It was a foam mattress top on a bed frame. Went directly to the front office to see if we could be moved to another room and when the "manager" went to see why we wanted to change rooms, he left us outside of the original room for over 45 minutes. We were hot, tired and ignored so we left. Still fighting on a refund for the 3 nights we booked and paid in advance.

Two things were incorrect in Booking.com app. 1) The property is close to the beach but is not beachfront, it appears listed as if it were. 2) The room appears listed as having a small refrigerator. It does not have one. In addition, we wanted to use the TV and it didn't work properly. It went full volume without us doing anything and it would not shut off... We had to disconnect it.

The area is nice as well as the pool and the staff.

The young man, that appeared to be the manager (in an upper ponytail) during breakfast was abrupt, no greeting and short with answers however the serving staff was very friendly cheerful and helpful. The shower head dripped all night, could not close. When I mentioned it to staff I was told that they where aware of the shower issue.

Pool was great. Breakfast was simple but ok. The staff was amazing except for one person (details next) We felt that it would be really nice to have a pool bar set up in the lovely area adjacent to the pool.
