It’s got a very pleasant, welcoming feel. The room was beautifully decorated, hot water, easy access with a code. Very clean. We also got a welcoming text with useful tips and phone numbers. Very close to the beach and a trail leading to Playa Cockles

All the walls are paper thin. Its nice to hear the nature, but not the neighbors.

Venue has a quite relaxing vibe.

We had the room 3, and sometimes we could smell unpleasant odor from the garden (backside). I don’t know if it was coming from the sewage system or not.

The property has a beautiful garden, all the facilities are there to be comfortable (kitchen, cutlery etc.)

Great place. Very clean with good facilities (lots of seating, great kitchen, water cooler, book swap) and the rooms are clean and well kept. Friendly staff who helped us check in easily and kindly had the room ready early for us as we were arriving before check in time. Slightly out of town but only a 15 minute walk, and has the benefit of being a bit quieter. Would definitely recommend Casa Boho to stay in Puerto Viejo!

A really exceptional place. Beautiful guesthouse with an amazing garden - the best place to recharge! The room is simple but there is everything you need. What I loved was the shower with a view into nature. The place was really clean and there was housekeeping with an optional laundry service. My personal highlight was def the garden with many options to just relax - it is such a beautiful and tranquil place, with a lot of wildlife! The entrance to beach (the beach is also incredibly beautiful) is only 3 min away. But most importantly: the owner and the whole staff are such lovely people, they made me really feel like home. Thanks so much for that! I will definitely come back!!

Casa Bohö is a gem! It’s a calm oasis in the most beautiful building! The staff are so kind and welcoming they made it feel like a home. The location is perfect, surrounded by jungle but it’s far away enough from the town so it’s peaceful and just a short cycle to the beach. There is a full kitchen and fridge you are welcome to use which is so useful! So sad to leave this place! I will be back 🤍

The location is top and the hotel is very nice and the owners so young and friendly. There are points to improve. Although it’s about sustainability but a solution to improve the temperature is necessary. The fans in the room are loud and not really comfortable to sleep. The bathroom should be better separated from the room. The hotel has a great potential to provide a better stay for the guests. Anyway we enjoyed staying there and could recommend it to anyone.

Lovely place to stay run by kind wonderful people. I really enjoyed waking up to a very green garden with birds, spending time in the common areas or in the hammock, and cooking in the shared kitchen. Everything was very easy and smooth, chill and relaxed vibes, and people are kind and helpful if you need anything. The location is minutes walk to Playa Salsa Brava, where you can walk to Playa Cocles on a beautiful jungle trail. Also a short walk to groceries, cafes downtown, bike rental, etc. Would totally stay again. I was also lucky to see not just hummingbirds but a sloth passing through.

We had a wonderful stay with the two lovely ladies as hosts. Cute little cats, agoutis visiting, beautiful common spaces, free water/tea/coffee and daily cleaning.

They clean the rooms and the common areas everyday. Very good location and really close to the best restaurants in Puerto Viejo. It’s in a quite part of Puerto Viejo so we were able to rest well. The common area is very comfortable to work if you’re a digital nomad.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful with any questions or recommendations about the area. The hotel and gardens were beautiful! Perfect location in Puerto Viejo centre and an easy walk to a number of lovely beaches and restaurants.

Anabelle, the owner, is amazing! She is so kind and was always there to help you with anything! She gave me all the recommendations on what to do, where to eat etc.. The room is good, very clean. I loved the rustic style of the property, it felt like the real Caribbean! The location is just perfect!
