Location is not good for staying over weekend. It’s close to the city center. The street in front of the hotel is really crowded even at midnight and early morning which does not allow to open a window if you plan to sleep overnight. The room I’ve been has an issue with cracking plastic covers around heating tubes making noise every ~15minutes.

It was relatively cheap in the city. Room was nice and clean.

Pension was 5 mins walk from Kolin zast railway station and close to the main town. No staff after 8pm so keys left in a easy to access box. Room was clean and tidy. I would use again.

Nice little hotel in a quiet and safe area. Good communication with host. Late self check-in possible. Distance from city center and next supermarket 5 min by foot. Distance from train staion 25 min by foot.

I courtesy tray in my room but then I wouldn't have had to book breakfast at all!

I am a diabetic/vegetarian so actually took my own porridge to make up so cannot really comment but had to pay the going rate for breakfast even although I took my own food (!) so only had a cup of tea and milk to make my porridge. I was disappointed not to have a kettle etc in my room but that only seems to happen in the UK!

The pension is located near the old town. If arriving by train, the Kolin zastavka station is less than 5-minutes' walk away. The main station (Kolin) is about a 20-minutes' walk.

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. It was actually GOOD however I had greater expectations after reading commentary here on Booking. The temperature in the room was higher then I like.

I can recommend this place with a light heart. The room was clean and well prepared, personnel was nice.

Check-in machine gave us only one key, and at the checkout wanted two keys back. There was no one at the time, so we spent half an hour trying to check out on our own.

Was a little harder with a check in machine, the system was lagging. Reception is working a little different that expected working hours. Our receptionist was very helpful, kind, talked in English.

I really liked outdoor terrace, it was amazing. Trains outside were a little too loud but if you sleep with closed windows its all fine. We were sleeping on the top floor. Bedroom was clean, had air conditioner, good bathroom. On the first floor you will find a reception, vending machine. Kolyn was a great city, I loved it, especially food in restaurants, hotel is in a very convenient place.

Quite a long walk from the main railway station.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Good value for money. Location close to a railway stop (unfortunately temporarily not served) and bus stop. Short walk to a major supermarket and to the city centre with many restaurants.

The pension was 15 mins walk from Kolin railway station. It is only 5 mins from town centre. I made the check in curfew. I had filled in the on line check in. So suprised to have to fill it in again for the foreign police. Also they need 6 crowns City tax. My room was clean and tidy. There is a coffee vending machine.

Very small property with reception working from 2pm, self checking available. Nice large garden with a lot of sitting areas. The hotel is located in town centre making it all easily accessible

The rooms in the upper floor cannot be rented in summer days, as there was impossible to sleep there. The rooms are not equipped with proper air-conditioning, and without it the room temperature was probably over 30 Celsius at night. Rooms in lower floors seems to be better, but in any case, rooms are small, there is not enough of place for things. Moreover, the street was under construction, it was not possible to come by car and we were not advertised about it.

It's not far away from Prague and Kutna Hora, therefore, on the way of travelling the country.
