The only thing which was a bit annoying was the breakfast - the hotel was probably full due to the hockey tournament so everyone went for breakfast at 7 am and there was not enough room. But they opened another hall so it was ok in the end. I missed buttered toast though;)

We went there with kids specifically because at this venue there's a monthly exhibition of insects and reptiles. The hotel is huge but well organised. I'd say it has its best days behind it but it's clean and comfy, the room was huge and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were satisfied.

The location is a bit far from city. It takes 40 mins to reach city center by public transport. Good connections but it takes time.

The usage of swimming pool cost extra because it is inside the wellnes area, only superior room get free access to the wellness area. The hotel is big, my oppinion, such hotel could be modified as vacation appartement, and each appt can be sold to private.

The room is big, the furniture is old, but we just want to sleep not admiring the furniture. Breakfast is ok.

The check-in desk (and pretty much any staff we interacted with-except the gift shop lady) was rude and seemed irritated to work with us. The pillows in the executive room were too big for healthy sleeping and we all slept poorly and got a crick in our necks. The elevators are small and slow with a capacity limit of 3 people. The hallway lights turn off before you can get into your rooms making it difficult to insert your key card. The pool that they advertise is an additional fee. The parking seemed to be open for everyone, which indicates that the extra free and bigger room that I paid for to ensure parking were a waste.

The breakfast was impressive, many foods to choose from and ran for times that were condusive for business and sightseeing schedules. The rooms were clean. The gift shop was open for long hours and had very reasonable prices. Large parking lot.

The hotel was very good, lots of facilities although not all open when we went, They have a bar, restaurants, bowling, casino, tennis courts, Pool and sauna. We arrived late Wednesday night, we had breakfast Thursday and Friday morning both were very good and then we went out for the day, The bus stop is just outside which takes you to the underground and then into the city centre so very good transport, it takes about 20/30 mins to get into town centre. The Pool we used on Friday which cost 700ck for 3 adults & 1 child for an hour the pool was ok temperature and the jacuzzi was small but nice, my husband and daughter used the sauna

It depends on the guests, some simply do not know how to behave.

Breakfast was really rich and good. The room was very spacy and clean. Unfortunately I had some really loud/noisy neighbor-guests in the closer area. But over all it was very good.

Pros: - very big room and very big bed - separate toilet and bath. There's also a bathtub - good wifi signal - great selection of buffet breakfast

My floor had an entire team of rugby players that were completely unsupervised and found it funny to make my night a complete nightmare. I was even threatened when I asked them to keep it down. Hotel staff was nowhere to be found.

Value for money fits very well here. It is a hotel which remembers the time of the 1980-1990's and you feel it inside. Rooms are clean, ours was spacey. I can imagine that at the time when it was built it was super nice hotel. It would probably need some renovation here and there but for our purpose it was really enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. But again for the money we paid and the location, it is worth the money.
