The restaurant is not so good. The hotel experience is reduced by the restaurant one. Water pressure in the shower was not great. Restaurant is bad. Tiny space with many tables cramped in and people pushing each other and staff is not great either. Food so so, not matching the price and level of the hotel. They keep even forgetting to give you cutlery with your meals. Slow and they forget what you ordered.

Breakfast looks good, however they should work on the bread display and get some local baker to supply instead of offering these "generic" taste bread. Our room had a window to the bathroom with direct view, which we found somewhat weird and amusing at the same time. Also if your room is located to the street, no way of leaving the windows open at night because of the noise.

There is a small play area for kids in by the restaurant. The lobby has a coffee break served in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The lights in the room entertained kids. The location of the hotel is great, very close to tram stop and big shopping mall.

While designs are cool, not all of it is use friendly like you can't open a bathroom door while using an electric kettle etc. Minor things, nothing important.

The hotel is located in the walking distance to the center of the town. Recently renovated. Each room have individual creative design. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel. Good pizzeria with wood oven is in the same building. There is a paid public parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good though on Saturday morning a bit crowded.

Short, but great stay after very long travel. Very kind and helpful Katherina in reception introduced me in this very good hotel withe wonderful room, cold, tasty beer, delicious, rich breakfast. Very strong side of the hotel is also location - in the city centre, near bus and railway station.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the see-through glass door. Also, I found shattered glass between the bed and bedside table. The air conditioner malfunctioned. Thus, it was a bit too hot in the room. But even though I am very happy with the stay overall.

Excellent location, tasty food, unique room design, welcome drinks and snacks, kids' room. Pillows choice was a pleasant surprise.

Great that the property is dog friendly (very accomodating with the dog which was perfect) but just would have been good to know it costs 500kc for the dog in advance of staying there.

Rooms were comfortbale and the rooms spacious. Brekafast was very good with a wide selection of options.

As an improvement point, the quality of the umbrellas provided in hotel rooms can be improved. Instead of being provided in the hotel room should be kept in the lobby (reception area), it is useful from a maintenance perspective as well.

Being a very wet day on that particular weekend, the customers were properly welcomed with some snacks so that the customers could wait in the lobby area until the check-in time. Rooms were spacious enough for a family of 3 with control of smart light suitable for your comfort and Jacuzzi in each room was the cherry on the cake. The beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast had a variety of dishes that catered to Vegan as well as Vegetarian people and the staff ensured everyone got required
