We felt right at home, with the owner helping us with all we needed: explaining how everthing in the room worked, telling about nice places and restaurants. And he made the best breakfast we could hope for.”

“I travel alone and found 'a home away from home' at JaNettes Gästehaus. Safe, clean, spacious(!) yet cozy house. A very friendly, hard working, attentive and creative hostess. Her fairly new colourful house offers a good quality, balance in presence, privacy and tranquility. Easy to reach. Free parking space for your bicycle next to the house or for your car on the road. I stayed at JaNettes during the Zappanale. It was nice to be able to have a chat with other guests that went there as well. My spacious (single)room was very comfortable and clean. Good quality bed too, with cozy bedding. The shared bathroom was super clean and has the best shower. The breakfast in the breakfastroom is extensive, prepared with care and with good coffee. It was very pleasant and relaxing to be a guest at JaNettes Gästhaus, to feel welcome and as comfortable as a friend or resident of Bad Doberan for a couple of days. I'll be back.”
