On a Friday night it is very loud being next to bars. Small ensuite, ok for one person. Had to ask for toilet paper and get it myself

Subdued lighting was a bit too subdued. Very dark. We had a hard time getting a sensible response on enquiries regarding access for luggage storage prior to checkin. We sent several messages and eventually phoned but they did not speak english. Finally got a message providing access code.

Location adjacent main square and short walk to the rivers. Spacious room. Small but adequate kitchenette. Our room had a small balcony that appeared to be the only one in hotel.

The rooms are very decorated, quite cheesy which is not my taste.the room was rather dark I think to give an 'oriental' flair.

City noise in the room. The red shower towels are small.

The reddish "Marrakesh" room is marvelous. The hotel is located in the "Altstad" (the old city) and you are 50 meters and stairs away from the river Rhine. Around the corner there are several places for "Fruhstuck" (breakfast) [They open at 0900 or later (!), and do make a reservation]

The location is really great, but because is in the center, can be a little bit loud, but nothing that was disturbing me. The service room is available for a stay longer than 8 days (For me that was not a problem)

This hotel has an amazing location, really close to the tourist points because is in the center have many restaurants, cafes, many shops nearby. In the room have a kitchen with all that you need. (Plates, coffee machine, pans, cups) That makes it practical if you don't want to eat outside every day. The hotel has an elevator for heavy luggage, and also has bike parking inside of the hotel - that's great! )

The building itself is a little dark in the hallways and the elevator is teeny tiny.

The location is great, couldn’t have been better. Very close to the river, a few steps to one of the town squares near restaurants and bars. perfect location!

The feel of uncleanliness of the room especially the beddings. The big size pillows but no feel of having the pillows. The carpets, unnecessary furnitures that makes the room so crowded. No washer available in the hotel for common use. Money spent is not justified. The concept of rooms makes the space very small and dark.

We liked the pin system of the hotel for check in and location was exceptional unless you do mind the noise since it’s in the bar area. Luggage area thou use is at your own risk at least option is there. Hotel hallways area feels clean and security camera in the entrance.
