There were welcome water bottles left in the room(s), but apparently they were chargeable. It would be nice if this can be made clear in the hotel advertisement. Kitchen staff accidentally spilled a hot coffee all over me, spoiled all my dress & I lost an hour in morning. Sadly management didn't even bother to check or follow it up.

There was no AC, and I was told a fan would be available, but then when I arrived I was told all the fans were taken. Luckily and thanks to the staff, they located one for me pretty quickly.

Breakfast was an excellent spread, definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, and staff were very friendly.

The staff at the reception in the evening did not speak English. It was quite a shame, given how international is Frankfurt. We were slightly disappointed by the fact that the room had a double bed instead of 2 separate single beds, as we requested when booking.

1.On my day 1,around 12 noon, someone walked in our room without knocking just to ask if we needed anything, and even after we said what we needed he didn't bring back. 2.On our 2nd day It was early in the morning at 9am this guy just knocked once and by the time I woke up to reach the door he was already inside and asking if I needed any service 😒. Well 9am is too early to knock on someone's door asking if they need something. I had booked a room with a bathtub but I got a room with just the shower. Despite the disturbances the hotel is a good place to stay.

The location is close to a U-Bahn station just 5minutes away. The bed was comfortable The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. What you get is worth the price you pay.

The shower had hairs from previous guests. The room is simple (but appropriate for the price). The breakfast is OK but don't expect too much.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It is accessible by tram from the central station in about 20 minutes (tram + 10 minutes by foot). The staff is friendly.

The front desk staff could have used some help during check in, mainly to speed up the process a little bit. However, she did really well handing a difficult party ahead of me.

A very good option, spacious and clean rooms, the location is perfect if you must be near the train station and want a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would certainly stay there again when I visit Frankfurt.

Nothing is bad about this accommodation. It just took them a while to find a room with a bathtub, as the room I usually stay in was not available.

I always stay at this fantastic hotel when I'm in Frankfurt. The people who run it are amazing and the price/quality can't be beat. You can't go wrong if you stay at this hotel. There's also free street parking available right in the neighborhood of the hotel.

We booked a twin room but were initially allocated a double. The staff quickly switched this over, but the two beds were still pushed together like a double. The beds were on rollers and kept rolling back into each other when we tried to create a bit of space. Breakfast wasn't available due to Covid, and this wasn't clear when booking. Also, no bathrobes/slippers were available as advertised.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and pleasant area a little way out of the city centre. The room was spacious, and beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated being able to have a relaxing bath in the evening. Check in and check out times are very reasonable. The staff went the extra mile to locate us some chamomile tea when we had run out!

the welcome at the reception desk was cold and un friendly. we were allocated a room with 2 single beds attached instead of the double we booked. the minibar had a price list but empty fridge. the iron we asked for had burn marks from previous use which stained our shirts. this is not a German standard. it was disappointing.

Clean room, comfortable stay. Not far from the city centre - around15 min by walking. We asked to change our room with a shower to another one with a bath, and the staff was kind enough to fulfil our request

There were neither robes nor slippers as indicated on the list of the facilities and items the hotel promissed to supply.

The room was big, with wooden floors. Not carpeted as in many other hotels. And for us it was a big plus. The other big plus was having an electric kettle for boiling water. The greatest advantage: the room was REALLY quiet!

The cleaning staff would knock every day at 9 am to clean the room. That is very early! especially if checkout is at noon.

The neighborhood is super quiet and clean, felt very safe. The staff was nice, the bed was comfy and the showers were clean.
