How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I'd suggest to revise a parking fee: 12 euro per day probably is too much for a suburb, where a lot of free parking is available on the streets around.
Easy to reach by car, superb breakfast, modern soundproof rooms, kid stays for free.

Would have preferred little portions of milk in stead of powdered coffee creamer but that is a very minor detail
Lovely friendly staff, clean well equipped room, quiet but easily accessible area and plenty of parking. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and a tray with coffee sachets, a choice of teas and a clean kettle in the room.

No actual restaurant on site
The staff where amazing. Extremely helpful, very nice team. Especially the member of staff who worked New Year’s Eve night (I forgot his name). He was exceptional. Such a lovely person. We where there for my sons wedding on New Year’s Eve, this guy went out of his way to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves, especially the fireworks at midnight. Nice selection of cold breakfast buffet. Rooms a wee bit on the small side, but they where ok. Really enjoyed our stay.

Parking fee was to much. €36 for 3 nights.. staff didn’t tell us the right time for having breakfast.
Great location, only 15min to city center with a subway stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good, room clean and a nice TV.

Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good but there were not hot meals- sausages or omelet, was possibility to make pancakes but there was misunderstanding with other guests because it needs waiting time but all do not understand that and wanted to steal pancakes :):):):)

If I am being petty, the floor to the disabled rooms on the ground floor are not great as it has an incline, but the incline is manageable, if your in a wheelchair it could prove a challenge but am sure that the excellent Staff will assist.
We stayed overnight using it purely as a transit hotel before moving on to our destination. The check in process was very easy and the Staff were friendly, polite and spoke excellent English. If you have a lot of cases, at the front of the Hotel there are trolleys to stop you taking repeated trips to your vehicle. Rooms are good size, equipped well, very clean and comfy. The road outside was busy but did not bother us so the Hotel must have had good sound insulation. Please note that parking is 12 Euros per night. If your disabled, show the Staff at check in your disabled badge and the 12 Euro parking fee is waived.
