I haven't gotten my 50€ deposit back even after a week. And I asked for one double bed but I got 2 single bed attached together which was a problem when sleeping with my girlfriend as I would often fall in between the beds.

The lobby was beautiful. The elevator was cool. And the staff spoke English because they are international students and they were all very nice.

The room had a weird smell and there was no remote control for the air conditioner in the room, so I had to go down to the front desk and asked for one, which was not pleasant as I checked in at 10ish pm after a long day. On top of that, the toilet exhaust fan was noisy and one of the ceiling lights in the toilet was out of order, so the toilet was kind of dark. I would have rated my stay a 8 if there was at least a remote control for the air conditioner as it's very close to the main train station and to be fair, the price was pretty reasonable, and also receptionists were polite and helpful.

I would like to have a water kettle in the room since is a 4 star hotel. The cleaning needs some improvement and the staff could be a little more welcoming.

for me, a woman travelling alone, quite uncomfortable to walk outside the hotel. With more close looking, some spots have been missing during cleaning. No water heater in the room for coffee/tea.

Room was too small. You can't expect any space to move around. In the front of the hotel was surrounded with drug addicts and broken bottles on the ground.

The bed was cozy. Location is very near the train station.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was totally a good choice for a one night stay. Although, after all, the area is not recommended for a family trip with children.

The hotel is located near the Main station (hauptbahnhof) and the area is a little sketchy. More than once I was told by a german person to put my phone away so they wouldn´t steal it. I was a little scared of walking at night and I come from a little dangerous third world country

The room was roomier than most rooms I´ve stayed in Frankfurt and the breakfast was excellent. The good thing about the location was that it was close to the main staition and that it was close enough for us to walk to the Messe Frankfurt premises.

Due to the location, unfortunately as with most European cities, the railway station attracts some shady people. Walking around at night didn't really feel safe.

We were on the 4th floor but the street noise was very disturbing but that's not the hotel's fault. We're on the side of the hotel where more random guys are screaming and partying. We will come back and request a room on the same street with a view of the train station, not in Niddasrtraße side.

Our request were granted as they had provided our son with a cot.

Unfortunately, the rooms had an old smell eventhough there was no carpet. The Breakfast room has no windows and is in the back of the hotel. This is not very cozy. For the food, the selection is a very basic German breakfast. For the price we had to pay during a fair, the value for money was definitily not good.

The location to the fair is good and practical. The entrance of the hotel looks very welcoming. The single rooms have everything you need and you are welcomed with a complementary bottle of water which is very nice. The Stuff was very nice as well.
