The proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle bus was extremely convenient. The restaurant and quality of the food and the exemplary service by the staff was a very pleasant surprise.

Hotel is directly on flight path. Impossible to sleep after 7am or to sleep during the day and the planes are literally over head.

V comfortable and clean room. Bed also very comfortable and good black out curtains! Good breakfast selection.

1.Signage of rooms a bit confusing (room 2xx is on 1/F… should it be renamed as 1xx?) 2. Lift too far a way from some rooms 3. Background music to be provided in the restaurant/ bar 4. More choices to be provided for TV programmes

1. very close to Frankfurt airport, I had a very early flight, so, I did not use the breakfast and shuttle service and I made a reservation to a taxi service, only 10 min to airport. 2. I realized that the airport counter will be open at 5:00 for my 7:10 am flight, so, definitely have enough time to just use the hotel shuttle which start at 5:00am. I don't need to pay extra for taxi service.

The Air-conditioning would not go below 21–22°C That is TOO warm for comfortable sleep conditions. I think the ability to turn that down to at least 19° C should be adjusted and the ONLY reason you did not get all excellent marks from me. Towels were quite thin and a bit worn.

The airport shuttle was great. It would have great to have a cappuccino machine in the lobby for early risers. The hotel is fairly isolated.

Need to make sure to catch the free airport shuttle on time, else have to wait for the next one (every 30 minutes).

Friendly and helpful staff, airport free shuttle (every 30 minutes) - allowing us to travel to/from the city via train services from the airport (S Bahn). Comfortable pillows and bed. Left our luggage at the front desk (after checking out) to explore Frankfurt city as our flight was at night.

The WiFi, even the premium, was unreliable and slow. 14MB/s is really not good these days.

Everything! (apart from the WiFi) was great... the staff were friendly and super helpful. The late check out was a huge plus.

The heat had been turned off because the weather had warmed up and they were having trouble getting it restarted. We thought we would be cold, but it turned out the duvets kept us warm. The location is close to the airport, and once there it would not be convenient to walk anywhere to get food. We stayed with the hotel restaurant because of the convenience.

Excellelnt free shuttle service to and from airport operating every half hour. We were able to drop off our rental car the night before and just take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Very nice breakfast. Close to the airport. English speakers for front desk and most services. This is definitely designed as a before and after arrival stop from the airport and it works well for that. If you are new to driving in Frankfurt you might find all of the roundabouts challenging.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything negative on this stay.

The proximity to the airport was perfect and about a 5 minute drive via the free shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing with standard and rainfall shower heads. There was coffee, tea, and water provided and it was just an all around pleasant place to stay.

Great service, very clean rooms and bathroom, a substantial breakfast and the free shuttle to/from Frankfurt Airport is a big plus. A short bus ride takes you to the nearest Commercial zone if you are looking for a pharmacy, super market etc. Ideal for travelers who are looking for peace and quiet rather than a more busy environment.
