Perfect Hotel in a wholesome location with a view on the river. Excellent trained staff, polite friendly and heart-warming :) We would come again in a heartbeat!

Sound isolation could be better, had to use earplugs to fall asleep because there was music on the ground floor.

There's a 1k deposit that you are only informed about after you book, nothing extremely unordinary, but communication of these details should be more prominent during the booking process.

Kind of artsy, kind of industrial. The larger rooms with river-view are definitely preferred.

I did not miss anything.

Travelling a lot, I found this hotel to be exceptional. The room was spacious and gorgeous, with a very individual touch and definitely different from your average hotel room. Decorations are beautiful but not sterile, the bed was extremely comfortable and the appliances well thought of. I liked the location with view onto the river, and the cosy and relaxed atmosphere in the bar. The price is on the higher side but definitely worth it and I will certainly stay there again on a future road trip.

Excellent hotel with nice views on the river. I love the spacious rooms with unique design elements and details such as a Earth Globe bed lamp and bottles of Aesop in the bathroom. The bar & lounge on the groundfloor is unique and really nice to hang out if you are travelling alone or with friends.

The only complaint we had is that the room we booked was right above the outside tables for the bar downstairs, so we could hear people talking right below our window when we were trying to sleep, even with the window fully closed. Ordinarily we could ignore this, but we had to go to bed early because we were catching our catch our flight home the next morning and had to wake up early. In the end, we had to sleep with earplugs in our ears, which was disappointing given that the room was labelled as a quiet room when we booked it.

We were really impressed with the style and design of the hotel, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was nice too, with a really beautiful view across the river. Breakfast was really enjoyable and the selection of food was great.

Nothing that I didn’t like..

SPECTACULAR hotel in every way! Sparkling water available at registration, beautiful lounge/ restaurant area as soon as you walk in, gorgeous flower arrangements, comfortable, interesting seating and decorations. A popular outdoor area along the Rhine River. Modern , clean room and bathroom with robes and comfortable bed and bedding. Great breakfast ! Great small bites for dinner and a good wine selection . I’m a hiker.. there was a path along the Rhine River right from the hotel to the Wald Park.. a huge forested park! The staff was so welcoming and always answered my request with a “ yes”! This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I travel a lot. Hated to leave!

No customer service beyond showing me the room. No curtains or blinds in the room so take note if you need a DARK room. Tapas is the only choice of food and it’s expensive and poor value
