I didn't like the resort partners: from the shops in the gallery to the excursions center, the taxi service.. everything extremely overpriced compared to the prices online and of Naama Bay (10/20 times higher) and sellers pushing and ready to scam you. In particular the diving center staff has no clue of diving (we are expert divers), prices very high and staff very rude: one person (Saied) was pushing hard so much to follow us to the room to get the money. When we said we have to think about it as we just arrived, he told us something in Arabic and left. He also kept calling my number that I gave naively. I would suggest the hotel to find proper partners for such a beautiful place.

The resort staff is amazing, in particular I would love to mention: the smiling towel guy near the pool, our room boy Mohamed, Peter at reception, the French restaurant manager Mohamed and Waied the manager, they all really made our holiday amazing. The seaview room was great, any small issue solved quickly, the peace and the beauty of the place perfect. Exactly what we were looking for.

Although this was of course not a problem, I thought there could have been better selection of non-alcoholic drinks and free light snack options (such as ice cream) outside the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet times at the bars.

The reef at the hotel was incredible with so many different types of colourful fish. I'd recommend bringing your own snorkel. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with the 3rd bed in our room but they changed it straight after we raised it with them. They also let us check out late without extra charge.

Only suggestion; Meals can be international or more grilled meats(non-oil) their(egypt) oil isnt good taste for turkish people We couldnt eat meals in hotel and town.

The taxi concession within the hotel seemed very expensive, so I would book that in advance via another provider, even Booking.com taxis. That's not really down to the hotel but just giving some advice.

Just completed our third stay. Yes that's right our THIRD stay. I am sure there are other great hotels in Sharm but why would we take the chance when we seem to have every required here? The staff at Charmillion are fantastic, Sayed, Kerbolos and the others at the front desk go out of their way to keep your stay as great as possible. The all-inclusive food and drink are of high quality and varied. The pool, aquapark and other facilities are great and we keep discovering new things to do, On this visit we realised that you can snorkel the great coral reef off the end of the jetty for free (red flag permitting.) Marsa in the excursions team offers great trips on a range of extra activities (Luxor, Desert Safari, Pyramids/Cairo etc.) It is literally ten minutes from the airport so arrival and departure journey times are swift. Will definitely revisit.

The sea is always shallow and a bit rocky but the hotel isnt at fault here.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful during our stay, everyone knew how to speak English so there were no problems. A lady who spoke our native language called our room to check if we were enjoying our stay, which was a nice thing to do. The room was clean and the cleaning Mr was very kind. There are a few shops inside the hotel which we explored, the prices were a little bit expensive but they were open to give discounts. The foods were good but we didnt like the deserts.

The water was leaking through the wall after having a shower. Room 7209.

The location was very comfortable. Had a good massage and sauna in the SPA center near the pool. Cracked all my bones. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset view from the veranda. Also, liked the idea of translating football matches by using a projector on the wall. Very polite and supportive personnel.

Taste of the alcoholic drinks weren't great, but to be expected with an all inclusive stay. Options to upgrade to more expensive liquor but we didn't choose to.

Had an incredible week at the Charmillion Resort, made even easier by the incredible team there who looked after us and made it a really special holiday throughout. Special shout-out to Kerolos who helped make the usually stressful check out experience very easy, and relaxing. This one experience summed up the entire trip, and for what appears a large hotel it felt surprisingly spacious and quiet. The beach and snorkel was great, the room and room service fantastic, and the bookable restaurants a lovely treat. For anyone looking for an all inclusive experience you really can't go wrong with the club resort. Thanks to all

Second time that I came to stay here and was very happy with my choice again. The staff is great, the managers friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and has a good variety even for vegetarians. all around great experience again. Thanks to the people here that made my stay very memorable!

We love to jogg at the beach. But our hotel beach is limited by both sides: the right side is military zone and the left side is a construction site. Instead of jogging we had to do our sport in the gym center (but a good one!) The sea is not suitable for swim beginners due to shallow sea. For us it was no problem: we love swimming, even in the shallow sea.

The hotel is very customer oriented and flexibel: We needed a very quiet room, without any discussion the hotel provided us with a sea view room, so we could enjoy the sound of the sea instead of pool music. The breakfast is excellent, the lunch and dinner varied. Of course the materials are not always of first class, especially the seafood. But all the cooks are committed and did their job with joy. We can feel it and enjoyed their dishes. Every dinner presented such a huge variation of tastefull breads we have never seen in Egypt. The green area of the hotel is perfectly maintained, even a lot of birds love to play there. The gardeners are constantly working to keep the facility in perfect condition. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. For example I'm Mahmoud from the reception always tried to fulfill our wishes. Unfortunately we can't remember all the names of the excellent hotel employees.

The diving centre is in the resort but the activities are carried out outside. It is fine but just to know. My only suggestion is to avoid the visit to Naama Bay (you must pay to have a place on the beach or for swimming - no good sea for snorkelling and the shuttle at 12.00 leaves you there without waiting for a couple of minutes more - obviously the responsible guy to call the shuttle will offer to pick up you at the hotel).

Early check in and late check out was free for us :) It was a great surprise because we arrived 5:00 am and left 17:00. They upgraded our room as well, for free. The food was very delicious, and varied throughout the week! The staff was smiling all the time and asking us if everything was OK. If you don’t want to walk a lot in the territory of the hotel you can also ask a golf car from the reception by phone. Comfy bed, strong wifi, beautiful coral reef. Would stay here again!

Hotel day trips, because it’s expensive. You can get much cheaper price from get your guide or Trip advisor. Don’t over pay for the hotel day trips because get your guide trips offer same amount of safety and hotel pick up location.

Hotel overall was very good. Food was good, room was always clean. Staff extra friendly and helpful specially Mohamed Adel. He helped us with day trips, everything we needed in the resort and most important he became our friend.

It was strange, in the country of the best cotton in the world, in a five star facility, to have broken face towels. Also, the bathroom needs significant improvement, in terms of broken ceramic tiles
