This is second stay at this hotel, it is a beautiful Hotel, with superb garden and pool area. The staff are excellent and helpful. It is a really relaxing hotel a little away from the beach which I prefer.

However to get hot water in the bathroom meant running the hot water for a very long time which was incredibly wasteful of water. The teacups in the room were too small!

Lovely tropical vibe around the pool area. Really good buffet breakfast. Room 213 was spacious and well appointed. The staff were very nice.

There is a lack of an all day service for food and drinks. You cannot get a tea, coffee or drinks except at lunch time and after 7pm.

The hotel is a top class hotel with excellent facilities. Beautiful decor sorrounding the swimming pool. Staff were exceptionally friendly which made our stay even better.

Sometimes the staff were not available to serve drinks either at the bar or by the pool, as they were busy booking people in or doing other jobs. Our room only had one English speaking channel itv1. No paper or pen in the room. There was a bottle of water in the room, but I didn't know if it was tap water as the top was not sealed so I didn't use it. We booked half board and we were disappointed to find we had a different menu to other restaurant guests, and had to pay extra if we wanted the al a carte menu. Saying that the food we got was very good, but repetitive. There was no separate lunch menu and we got charged over 50 euros for a cheese and ham sandwich, two small glasses of wine and a slice of tiramisu, which the waiter told us was included in the price. My travel partner had mobility issues, and we had to get 2 different lifts to get to breakfast and the pool. One lift behaved like a spin cycle on a washer and the other one started making horrendous straining noises! There were also a number of steps to negotiate with no hand rail. It was ok if I was there to assist, but could have been difficult if she had been traveling alone. We booked a twin bedded room, as we were mother and daughter. On arrival in the room there was an extra large double bed. The member of staff tried to point out it was 2 beds, but there was only bedding for the one large bed. We had to cope. I wanted to use the spa facility, but it was 65 euros for 2 people and my mother didn't want to use it, so I ended up not going as you still paid 65 euros for 1 and only got water to Drink, not even a glass of sparkling wine. Our hotel room was in the middle of 2 rooms which had jacuzzis on their Terraces. The jacuzzis were very noisy when switched on, and one couple came back at 11.30pm and used it until well after midnight keeping us awake. They also used them in the morning, and the couple to the right of us, didn't leave a lot to our imagination!

Lovely hotel. Excellent food. Friendly and obliging staff from the receptionists, to the waiters and the cleaners. A very comfortable bed in our room. Very quiet and serene hotel most of the time. Lovely private Terrace with our room, 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs and table. Metal bench but no cushion. Great swimming pool area with tables chairs and cushions. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas . Shower and toilets by the pool. Outside Terrace for buffet breakfast, and lots of different choices of food. Lovely dining room inside for evening meal.

Need a car unless you eat onsite which can be expensive but what food we had was very good. Sold to us as adult only. It isn’t so beware.

The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. The mattress is rock hard. With the heat and the uncomfortable bed it was not a relaxing stay and we have returned exhausted after not being able to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

Spacious rooms and meticulously clean. Could do with some better lighting in main bedroom but it was minor. Staff very good but Victor was exceptional he goes over and above for the guests to ensure their stay is the best.

The ground floor rooms smell a bit musty and initially was a little difficult for breathing. I sprayed a lot of perfume and blasted the air conditioning to circulate better air! But the beds are comfortable and the housekeeping good.

The service at breakfast for table laying and attention to new arrivals should have been better. I do not think there was enough staff. The music playing all day round the pool could have been more subtle and quieter.

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice for hot food, fruit and continental style breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu was excellent and the food was creative, tasty and beautifully presented. Hotel was peaceful and chilled, ideal for adults.

Early season, so poorly staffed, very small and limited breakfast, dark rooms (need much more lighting), musty smell-rooms needed airing, Pool music only Duran Duran, same CD every day and continuous and too loud (annoying). Limited car parking some days.

The pool and surroundings were beautiful. The location was good (quiet). The theme is of old Spain, dark, antiquely; not a modern hotel. "Boutique", quaint.

One night we did not have hot water in our room Plug by bed only for lamp so nowhere to charge phone Minimal staff possibly as not during busy season Dinner at restaurant started at 8 whilst I was there which is quite late Very quiet not many people around or things going on. Probably would be fun to come for a wedding or a big group but not so much for a couple.

On arrival the fridge in the room was broken but after a couple of days, it was replaced. There was no SAFE in the room(211). Told the reception about this twice, and never got the problem solved. We had to carry our valuables around in the end, not ideal.

We arrived mid week in April so was pretty quiet. Not a problem though, like it that way. Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly staff and free parking
