We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandFacilities and rooms are quite outdated. There is practically no soundproofing between rooms. Take your earplugs with you if you are sensitive for noise during night.
Hotel location near slopes and bus stops are excellent! Food in restaurant was very nice and tasty. You can have picnic bag for lunch if you like. Hotel staff were super helpful and always smiling.

Hong KongThe only downside is that toilet and shower room has an unpleasant smell sometimes, probably the hotel is old, needed to close the doors all times, better bring freshener!Water could splash out on the door or spill a bit to the floor (walk in shower room is one step higher), but room service is available everyday, all towels could be changed if we like.
Very friendly and helpful staffs, always with a smile! Room is spacious and location is excellent. We stayed for 7 nights with full board, different dishes every night, dinner was good except the rice is bit hard, usually 4 courses, unlimited bread. Breakfast is standard, croissants are delicious, a lot of cheese to choose from (which is available for every meal every day with quite some good choices), packed lunch could be reserved during dinner for the next day. It comes with a bottle of water, some snacks, an apple, a cup of fruit puree, ham and we could take some cheese and bread from breakfast buffet to make sandwiches during breakfast or anything available from breakfast really. Sauna is available but it's a shame that we didn't use it (kids not allowed).

The food is all included and is excellent. They even catered for us Vegetarians, and it was delicious. Alice and Fred are excellent hosts. Feels like you’re part of a family. The hammam is great for the ski legs. It’s so close to the ski lifts too. Ski lockers also helpful.

The staff are just lovely. All of them and had a smile on their faces all of the time. The Manager helped us at 5am when one leg of our return train journey was cancelled. He made calls for us, checked onward timetables and called the taxi as our French was limited! etc. A real star. The location is great. Just across the road from the gondola making access to the slopes super easy. This was remarkable value for money in the 3V. With that in mind, you cant go wrong. Yes, it's tired in lots of places eg carpets and fixtures and fittings but it's kept clean. Yes, there are limited food choices but the quality was great and there was plenty to go round. Bar was a bonus and the staff in that were great too.

United KingdomThe whole Hotel is a little dated and the Sauna wasn’t working when we were there. It definitely needs a refurbish, but this wouldn’t stop us staying here again.
The Hotel was a home from home. We really enjoyed the full board with picnics on the slopes and good local dishes in the evenings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lovely view over the mountains and were a really good size.

United KingdomNothing really. The hotel is basic but really well run by a very welcoming family and staff. Our room was clean, warm and our balcony had a view across to the ski lifts- not the most picturesque but got a little morning sun.
Breakfast a little simple- no continental meaty stuff for example. The picnic lunch option is simple but very welcome. I’m sad we missed Mondays lasagna!
