We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restaurant is great, and I might guess this is one of the most popular restaurants in the city! Every day is fully booked. The dishes a great!

Francethe restaurant ( for dinner) was not good! Paella- mussels , squid, were over cooked, dry! Rice was mushy and over cooked as well.

AustraliaThe room was tiny, barely room to walk around the bed. The shower sprayed the whole bathroom with water and the hot water wasn't great. Some things were not clean - the spare pillows were used and covered in hair, and the bath was stained. It was all pretty depressing, I would not recommend other than for a brief sleep.
The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The wifi was good and the location was very convenient.

We were very disappointed with the room we were allocated.I was told there were no other ones free but when our bathroom flooded after the toilet was flushed, another much better room suddenly became available.

United KingdomOur stay here was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I wanted a relaxing few days to escape from a busy working world. From start to finish our stay was exactly that. The hotel, room, view, food and pool were exceptional. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was an absolute bargain and a lovely way to start the day too. It is quite isolated so I'd reccomend getting a car if you want to visit other parts of the island. We Will definitely be returning!
