The bathroom had no towel racks, the shower floor was extremely slippery to the point of being dangerous, no shelf in the shower to set your own shampoo, body wash, etc.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

Room and toilet were awkwardly designed. Due to strange doors they were difficult to get in and out of. Toilet was in dedicated area that did not have a sink for handwashing. Coffee was not good; cappuccino tasted like it was made with powdered milk.

No hot water kettle in room but we fid find out when leaving that they could provide one if we asked.

We had a very nicely designed room, small but cozy. Equiped with everything we needed. Great large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast. I really recommend this hotel.

The only improvement would possibly be some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

What a great property. Easy walking distance to the Rotunde, Shops, Museums, and Restaurants. Very friendly staff. Especially Theo!! Even though I checked out in the morning the property let me store my bags all day and hang out in the lobby so that I could do a few hours of work. Rooms were very clean! Nice Happy Hour and Roof Top Bar.

Location close to quaint restaurants, tourist office, farmers markets. Great staff friendly, kind, approachable, spoke English well. Very clean room. Daily breakfasts also great fresh, included everything we like. Thank you to all the staff.

Hotel room is quite small but very nicely appointed. It feels new and the decor is very well done.

Staff, staff, staff. Sasha and Mark were excellent "hosts". We had trouble with our rental car and they were very helpful in connecting us with resources to resolve the problem. They were busy but took their time to help us and we were very grateful.

The air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot in the bedroom. Upon arrival, they offered us drinks and they made us pay for them during check-out. The bathroom was very small.

It was a bit noisy during the night outside the hotel. We needed the air con and it is only working during high season.

We enjoyed a short stay at Hotel Escaletto. It is very well located and our room was clean and comfortable. The superior room at the front with a balcony was lovely. Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of hot and cold food. The roof top area was lovely too. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Unfortunately, we got a room where we could hear the neighbor's room a lot. Laughing, talking, and showering past midnight to late, so we didn't get much sleep. We might have been very unlucky. The room seems very badly isolated. The receptionist felt bad and compensated with a free breakfast - anyway, no sleep, bad travel.

Room of great size with natural light and view to the yard. The decoration is modern and seems quite up-to-date. The location of the hotel is amazing.
