We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceIt's in the city center, full of life. It very affordable and we stayed to take a rest on our way. The surprisingly best ever fish restaurant on the street level made our stay a great experience and we left so happy. We'll be back :)

United KingdomRestaurant extract fan went on and off for most of the night so noisy. Room 2 top floor. A door rather than a curtain on the bathroom would be welcome.
The accommodation was adequate for the price paid. The draw was the fish restaurant which was very good and excellent value. Right at the centre of the town. I would stay there again.

Hong Kongthe smell in the rooms was horrendous. also it was absolutely not on the Canal du midi (as advertised.) there was no SOAP in the bathroom, and no elevator. you will need to carry up any luggage.

United KingdomI sent a message requesting where or how far away the parking was. I was never answered. We arrived and because it was the marche nocturne there was no parking close as a result we drove around the town for 20 mins trying to find a parking place - this could easily have been avoided by providing timely guidance in advance. The restarant staff were great but the food was pretty expensive and not that good. The starter of tartare de saumon was lovely and the highlight of our 120 euro bill.The kingfish was tasty but very overcooked. The rice was greasy. They are very busy and they have people queuing at the door, so I dont expect they will improve or want to for the summer season..
The staff were lovely, offered us fresh water when we arrived. The atmosphere was great and it was our pit stop night and i enjoyed the evening a lot.
