-opposite the hotel there is a bar, which is open until midnight, packed with drunken guys, we were not able to sleep -tiny walls, noise insulation could be better.

TV and air conditioning didn’t work. Flight was cancelled so missed the first night, had messaged hotel through booking.com but was told this wasn’t sufficient as the message doesn’t get to the hotel. If that’s the case you need to address it, that can’t be on customers.

breakfast silly price ( 20 Euros each). Good breakfast 100 metres away less than half price. Hotel bar rented out for private parties and fashion shows. what’s all that about? couldn’t even go for a nice quiet drink

Bigger towels for the bathroom would be good. If you are on the street side it can be quite noisy but it doesn't go on too late.

Really good location, and the closest metro line was ideal for us. Room was a great size for 2 people. Super friendly staff.

Chambermaid woke us up 2 days in a row - first day we were still adjusting to the time difference. Second day was Sunday and she knocked even earlier! Television wasn’t connected, asked staff to fix but my husband had to. Breakfast filling but expensive and scrambled egg not appetising!

Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and hotel in well located with the nearby Metro stop at Place de Clichy. Easy walking distance to good food at Rue Des Abbesses and the Sacre Coeur / Montmartre area. Right beside the Moulin Rouge if you're taking in a show. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Beds didn't feel as comfortable as I would've expected. Most hotel beds are plush and soft A coffee machine would be a fantastic addition to the room and an increased supply of tea and milk capsules Shower over bath, bath is quite high and difficult to navigate especially for older people. Renovation to create a walk in shower is highly recommended

We changed our room on the second night to have a bathtub but suddenly it was so noisy at night which we had to use earplugs to be able to sleep, seemed some people are all the time moving things on the upper floor.
