We booked two rooms for our family. They gave us two connected rooms which was very convenient to our family. The rooms and furnitures are very new with lots detail designs. Lots storage space. There are little restaurants and supermarket near the hotel, so even we arrived in late night, we were still able to have a good dinner and shop for foods. Parking is free and very close. Overall, we love this hotel.

The hotel was spotless. It was really close to the airport and easy to get to and from. There was also a bus stop close by that takes you directly into the centre of Geneva.

Kitchenette was more compact than expected and no actual dining area. There was one chair and a stool that could be used at the space under the television. It was functional and an asset on a six night stay once we got into a routine.

The room was beautifully clean, air con cooled room during very hot temperatures. Beds were super comfy, buffet breakfast was one of the best with super range of foods, the bar snacks and the restaurant was very nice.

The restaurant was closed, so I had to source alternate (and less convinient) food options. However, I stayed over the Bastille Day weekend, so the closure was not unexpected. The hotel was within walking distance from a supermarket, and my room had a kitchenette, so I was able to make do.

The room was comfortable and clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were freindly and professional, and my overall expereince was great!

I was expecting help with my luggage etc which is a common service in hotels in the Middle East where I am coming from. However I had to manage the luggage myself to take to my room as there is no such service at this hotel. There's only one staff available at the reception. Whenever I needed any help they used to say that they are alone at the reception and can't leave the place so I had to get the required stuff from housekeeping myself.

The room and hotel was clean and it had appropriate crockery and cutlery etc. The hotel has free and abundant parking which was a plus for me as I was renting a car. Overall good and cooperative staff. Markets and restaurants are nearby.

What an excellent value of a hotel! The facilities were super new and clean, and our room was really spacious and comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable as well. And it was only a quick 18 min. drive to downtown Geneva. Also within walking distance to the little town center with a Carrefour market that's good for a picking up a quick snack. Highly recommend staying here if you have a car and need to be close to the airport or Geneva!

Check in time is at 4pm, that's very late (although you can either pay more to check in early or can leave your luggage for free so there are options). No room service at the weekends as a general rule.

It was very well maintained and very quiet. The staff were helpful. Room was big. Great to have blackout curtains and a smart TV that allows you to cast from your device. Good coffee machine in the room.

The hotel restaurant was closed over the weekend so when my son and I returned to the hotel at around 8.30pm we were rather surprised to find the restaurant shut and no available room service. It was a Sunday evening so most places nearby were also closed. You'd think that during summer season the hotel restaurant would be open 7 days a week. Having worked in the hotel industry for a good five years in Italy I would have expected the restaurant to have remained open, not here. Maybe it's something that the hotel management could consider for the future.

Super quiet in the room, soundproofing worked, you could not hear your neighbours or people outside, it was excellent for having a guaranteed night's sleep. We stayed for four nights. Lovely, spacious bedroom with spacious bathroom, all modern and well designed, comfortable bed.

The restaurant was strangely closed at weekends which meant my son and I could not get any food to eat on Sunday evening as everywhere within the vicinity was shut and the hotel had no open restaurant. We went without food.

The hotel was large, spacious and clean. The rooms were spacious and well designed with perfect soundproofing which meant you never heard your neighbours so you are guaranteed a great night's sleep. All staff were pleasant and helpful. A lovely place to stay at for sure.
