How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel was much further from Airport than we expected. Arriving late evening there was no-one to give us directions. Eventually found Hotel was at Terminal 2 Tram then a 15 minute walk in the dark. Breakfast area was only accessible by steps not acceptable for a hotel of this standard

Not much! Outside traffic noise at pool was a bit of a nuisance but not much can be done about it.
Within walking distance of tram from either terminal one or two. Well furnished and up to date room. Quiet in room thankfully from a lot of outside traffic noise. Comfortable bed and pillows. Driver can take you to terminal (free), but book beforehand.

The parking lot is very narrow and not suitable for larger cars.
Location is near Airport, but it's not noisy. Hotel is on the main street in front of city. Traffic is 5 minutes near Hotel, it's very easy for transfer to the city. Staff is very kind. Rooms are very comfortable and clean as well. Breakfest was very fresh and delicious.

Conflicting information over pool opening times - reception staff told us the pool was open but my friend was told on at least 2 different occasions when entering the pool area that it was closed. The pool was open though and it was a lovely place to spend a few hours!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and loved the size of the bathroom.

- Room Window cant be opened. - the breakfast must be improved and almost the same for a week. - breakfast buffet ends at 10am, and the breakfast staff forcing you to leave around 10.20am. really annoying.
The room is nice, have iron, hair drier, Super comfy beds. Helpful staff Close to tram and main train station nice saint augustin, can go everywhere easily.

Bottled water in the rooms was only provided on day 1 of the stay. The hotel must be prepared to replenish every room every day for one-night guests, so why can't they provide every day for longer term guests who will pay for each night of stay? Very disappointing.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff (Melissa) took extra care of a celiac family member. Easy walk to the airport (T1) and the staff helped take heavy luggage to T1 by car when asked. Very close to the Nice St Augustin railway station and tram stops - easy to get into Nice and along the coast.

There is no slippers in the rooms. The bar service was not very good and the breakfast was quite poor.

Staff picked us up at the airport almost midnight. We used to stay there whenever we came to Nice. The hotel name was changed and it’s renovated. Anyway, this is very nice hotel. I recommend everyone stay there.

The windows in the room can't be opened. The breakfast choise was very modest, considering the chain and the price you pay. In the hotel there is a restaurant where you can eat dinner - chicken was always cold, directly from the fridge, and one of the evenings the chicken I got wasn't even prepared well, pink in the middle. And was staying like that together with other foods in the fridge. During the check in the hotel blocked 800e from our accounts (the price+deposit) which was a surprise and not clear to me, having in mind I wanted to pre-pay the stay.
The Hotel is only 5, 10 minutes away by foot from the airport, and only 3 tram stations away from the beginning of the promenade. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the beds were super comfy!! Also the pillows!

Perfect stay when you have to stay close to the airport ! Highly recommended and kept for future occasions. The team was very accomodating, I you love fresh fish, take Uber or Cab, and in less than 10mn you are at the harbour of St Laurent with good restaurants !

Actually getting into the Hotel which was fully gated , we used our sat-nav but had to drive around the Hitel Compkex 3 times before we were able to drop our bags off and check in
Very convenient to Nice Airport, having arrived rather late in the evening we were pkeased to find the restaurant still open and were able to relax and enjoy our meal.

Empty minibar and no food options after 10pm or so, not even a vending machine. I arrived late and left early in the morning.. Use Uber eats before restaurants close. WiFi did not work half the time which was tilting when being there over night and jet lagged. The gym is the most minimal gym I’ve seen, a repurposed hotel room. Ok for cardio, not much lifting can be done. 24h tho.
It’s a 5 minute walk to the airport. They picked me up since I had a lot of luggage. Breakfast is good, lobby and restaurant look nice. Great service.
