The accommodation is a little run down and could do with a refresh. The entry floor looks okay, but the accommodation levels are quite dark and dank. The carpet is old and stained

The accommodation was located close to Lyon's mailn rail terminal and it was easy to get around.

The rooms could use updating and some maintenance. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and some noticeable mold, the door handle on one of the rooms did allow the door to stay closed, and the carpet was stained and coming up in areas.

The 2 room suite was a great layout when traveling with 5 people. The location was close to the train station and convenient to many restaurants.

Bathroom was very shabby, tiles fallen off the shower wall, black mould around the tiles. The shower/bath did not drain. The location was not great- there was nothing around- no restaurants, shops etc

The room needs repair and good cleaning. The first room we had received was very different from the photos of booking site but at the end we had an adequate room. Kitchenette has just few thing, no enough glass for all of us but the reception refused to give us one more.

Spacious room, parking on site, 5 min. walk to the nearest metro station and a supermarket nearby. Air conditioning is working well, this is very IMPORTANT!

The check-in was late although 16h is already late for a check-in. The restaurant / bar is closed at check-in time so you have to go elsewhere to get a drink or snack while you wait. The shower was impossible to use without getting a large part of the bathroom wet. The hotel seems to be needing some renovations (halls leading to the rooms).

There was bottled water in the fridge. The hotel was clean and pretty.

The bed was uncomfortable, it was creacking at every movement and i woke up several times during the night because of this. The room wasn't very clean, there were missing tiles and a bit of dust, there was a bathtub, which is a plus, but it wasn't in great condition (still, not awful, i still had a bath!). The room was for 2 and had a kitchenette but there was cutlery only for one person.

The staff was really nice and kind, the breakfast seemed good (even though we didn't have it, but we checked before leaving and there was plant-based milk, viennoiseries, scrambled eggs, bacon, raw honey and many more things). Overall i think it was okay for the price.

The apartment really needed painting and refurbishment. There was a big hole in the toilet door and in the corridor wall, as well as scrapes on the wall in the living room.

The staff were very helpful, the price was good and breakfast was nice.

We booked a double room but there was only one towel, one fork, one chair at the table. We had to ask for everything at the reception and then take it upstairs ourselves. It also wasn’t very clean, we found used cotton swabs from the precious guests on the bathroom floor and the dishcloth was so old and gross that it only made the dishes dirtier.

Relatively dirty room, the floor is unclean. The walls have a cobweb. The curtains have not been washed for years and some were missed. Rooms and corridors need repair and renovation. Four stars is very confusing information about the hotel.

Price, location and amount of the room. Rooms were available very quickly. The parking place for an additional cost. Personnel is very nice.

When we came to apartment, maybe because it was the light festival, the staff surprised us with free hot red wine, and a free bottle of wine as well:)) excellent service! The layout of the apartment is also amazing the sofa bed is very very spacious and comfortable.
