front door open all night worried me. not especially clean, rusty radiator, microwave in the canteen needed to be thoroughly cleaned by staff member before I could use it.

i was able to get a ground floor room which gave me easy access for my dogs.

the bathroom has a very very small shower: you couldn’t move without accidentally opening the door or moving the water handle (causing a very cold or hot suprime) - for reference I am normal size

where there with motorcycles but didn’t feel very safe parking there though. No CCTV on parking lot. fire door not secure and used as a back door entry by smokers: not safe! ‘breakfast’ is actually almost non-existent.

The noise. I think it was the staff, ground floor, lots of friends in 1 room. Yelling and shouting with the window open 12.30am. I had to get dressed ( I was exhausted having driven from Italy) to complain at front desk.

The part when we were give a room key to a room that was already occupied by 2 gentleman.

When we arrived at the property I was surprised to see the 1 star above the door as after staying there I would 100% say it had many traits of a 1.2 or possibly a 1.3 star hotel. It was considerably better than sleeping out side especially considering it was raining quite hard that night. The staff were amazing and a big shout out goes to the handy man for hand crafting a new locking mechanism for a draw from scratch while we looked on for 10 minutes in awe awaiting service.

It was very noisy, sounded like a party with loud music, until the early hours of the morning (04.00hrs) and to make matters worse the fire alarm went off at 02.30hrs.

This hotel chain is budget but provides a clean and comfortable place to stay. They usually have a large and safe car park. There is also a very good Asian uffet style restaurant very close by.

Probably the only bad thing was the small breakfast area, but we did not wait much for a table to be freed.

It was actually much better than what we expected. After a late arrival, getting to our room was not a problem and the room was small but clean and comfortable.

Far outside of Reims! (check beforehand), very small, badly ventilated, dirty rooms & facilities - it looks like the staff on site do clean as well as possible with regular cleaning products, but a lot is sitting deep and would need to be scrubbed In-depth. Also, the shower is extremely tiny, maybe large enough for a child

The rooms smelt terrible. Smelt like sewage in the toilet and it was leading out to the bedroom. It was terrible washing and wet stains all over the walls. The floor was sticky.
