The hotel elevator was on the second floor and stairs were uncomfortable to carry large suitcases. The elevator was very tiny. The lobby was not very well designed- no breakfast place.

Room was cute, very clean, had a nice balcony.

It's an older building, so the elevator didn't come down to the main lobby and stops on every 1/2 floor stair case, so if you have heavy luggage, keep it in mind.

The front staff, especially Omar, was very helpful and friendly. Close to The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, Euro Star Station and some restaurants.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and the air condition only worked once. Good thing the weather was good so we opened the balcony to let the cool air in at night and closed it when we’re about to sleep.

The balcony was great. Regularly clean the room and stack the amenities. The location was near train stations. Coffee was free from 6am to 11am. The staff was very accommodating.

Like other reviews be aware the shower is quite small and doesn't provide a lot of space to move, however the shower did have a handheld shower head that made that easier to deal with.

Great location in the 9th arrondissement, walking distance from Gare du Nord but doesn't feel like you're close to a major train station. It's a little further out from the city centre but the Paris metro system makes it super easy to navigate the city as a whole and I found I loved wandering the streets away from the tourist hotspots anyway so this wasn't a problem at all. Staff were amazingly helpful in my jetlagged state I forgot to take my passport and the kind staff at the front desk returned it to me promptly and without issue.

Close to the station, and close to multiple places to eat, get souvenirs and have fun, metro is super close (then again it’s Paris an metro is close to everything) Clean room, they clean every day Room was a bit small, but this is a budget hotel so it’s expected

Very small room with poor soundproofing. The room could have had a few hooks to hang coats or towels.

Great location with a lovely boulangerie nearby and walking distance to several metro sations and Sacre Coeur. Very small, but pretty room with a pretty street view.

    The shower tub was small.

I was very happy with this hotel, because it has a 24 hour reception for our late arrival in Paris and the staff is really friendly there. The location also is great very close to the metro station with fast access to downtown. Sacre coeur and Montmartre are very close where we watched the Eifel tower lightning by night. The close restaurants are very nice. Overall the street of the hotel is quite for Paris. The room was small but very comfortable and cosy with very clean sheets and bathroom. I love the small balcony and the view from there. The hotel has a complimentary coffee every morning.

I liked most of it. Very small lift. And you have to carry your luggage a few steps to get to the lift. I have a small luggage so it wasnt a problem.

Very small room. the mattress is too soft, my back hurt. the blanket is huge, but it would be better to have two small ones. quite comfortable bathroom. very bad socket! Hey, do something just three sockets and the charger just falls out of the two...

Good location, polite and helpful staff, free coffee is not bad, there is everything you need nearby.

Not a lot of negative things to say, but the following caught our attention. Improving them would make a huge difference. One cannot enter the building from outside with the key card. You should ring the bell and someone would open it from the inside. Although the reception is open 24/7, it's somewhat uncomfortable when you have to ring it regardless of the situation; whether you come at 2 in the morning or the staff is busy with another client. Also, you cannot put a do-not-disturb sign outside, or lock it, so even if you decide to stay in, the cleaning staff would come for their duty. The mattresses were excellent and comfortable, but the pillows were a bummer. They were way too thin and it was almost like sleeping without one. The lift is small and cannot accommodate more than two people at once.

The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious enough. We were quite impressed with the daily cleaning that took place. We spent four nights there. We left the hotel in the morning to see around - at the end of every day we returned to a spotless room. The towels were super clean and they replaced them daily. One can't even spot a single water drop anywhere, the taps and the shower were sparkling after each cleaning session. As for the facilities, the room and the bathroom are equipped with an in-built hair dryer, a safe, (didn't check the functionality), a small coat hanging closet, a TV (not connectable to wifi), bed linen, towels, and an all-in-one shampoo/body wash/hand shower. We arrived in Paris early and had planned a visit to a museum. We asked in advance if we could leave our luggage, and they were happy to accommodate our request. The process didn't take more than 10 minutes. When we checked in, our luggage was handed over to us without any hassle, and the whole thing took only a few minutes. The Reception is also quite nice. The staff is there 24/7 if you need anything. In the common area, there is a Coffee machine that you can use - the tokens for the machine can be taken from the reception (we didn't try this) - a microwave, and an electric kettle. These facilities come in handy since the rooms are not individually equipped with these appliances. Right next to the hotel, there is a Supermarket so it's very convenient. Sacre du Coeur is within walking distance (10 minutes max) You can easily get one of the buses- if you walk to the Tram station, depending on which, it might take some time. Anvers -Line 2 is the closest, M7 Cadet is about 10 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend!
