We had a wonderful St Patrick's weekend in London, this hotel as the name states is an old beautiful Georgian House. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a lovely decour through out,staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast is very adequate with a menu to suit all tastes. Our room was on second floor small but comfortable for our requirements. One note to consider if booking as this is a listed building there is no lift so may not suit senior citizens or guests with reduced mobility, but staff are very helpful if you require assistance with luggage. Hotel located just a few minutes walk to Victoria bus and rail stations and a further few minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and the usual locations of interest. We can highly recommend this hotel for short visits to London.

the stairs - no lift and no offer of help with luggage we was on the top floor a horrible climb to our room did inform the hotel that we were vegan but still no oat milk came for tea in the room

The bed was a bit small, also, the water from the shower became cold after a few minutes.

The Harry Potter room was amazing and magical!

it’s a small thing, but the doorknob kept falling of the door of our friends room, which was pretty annoying and very loud when it hit the floor.

Our kids and us loved the wizard rooms and it made our stay very magical. would definitely stay again. we loved the breakfirst and the gifts for the kids.

Reception . Didn't feel like hotel reception,table and stools, but it was a modern way of doing things i suppose.

We were in a classic room bottom floor and there were stomping feet, loud voices and suitcases constantly from reception and breakfast from early hours. Thankfully we were there for a chill city break not work.

Nice clean digs in quiet location with easy access to Victoria.

There was a few flights of stairs to get to my room but once you are fit & able and bag is not too heavy it’s not a problem!

Really central to Victoria & Westminster area and in a quiet and safe area. Slept so well in this hotel !

Thin walls and creaky floorboard from above. You could hear people walking about above you when in bed (not hotels fault that we experienced people above who seemed to do a lot of walking around their room late at night and early morning, then slammed door and ran downstairs) thin walls you could hear fan and shower from next room. I am a light sleeper. Just be aware of this if you are too.

Lots of stairs and no lift. However, we were offered the chance to see if there was a room available on a lower floor. We didn’t need it but worth bearing in mind if anyone has any mobility issues.

The shower would Just stop working in the middle of a shower - would get cold and then warm up eventually. No air conditioning, but there was a fan … when it’s humid it doesn’t help much?
