Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReception staff lacked engagement with customers. Had to ask the receptionist for my room number after I was handed the keys. Was met by 2 food trays with breakfast leftovers on the floor by the door. Bearing in mind that I arrived at 6pm. Asked reception to remove them at 6.45pm only to return and find them still there at 1am. Staff should take more pride. Took them to reception myself! Not sure if items in minibar were complimentary, so I left them. This was a superior suite. Would have been nice to know. Mirror by dressing table would be useful for hair and makeup.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Comfortable rooms with everything you needed. The restaurant served excellent evening meals, really good value for money.

I appreciate that it’s difficult for staff to manage the behaviour of guests’ children , but they could have requested that the children stop running, purely on the grounds of safety. United KingdomBed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on (the two duvets were zipped together to make a king sized one, which was quite odd to use, better to get a proper duvet) The fan in the bathroom never turned off which was super loud You use the air con for heating and that's a bit annoying. The soundproofing was quite subpar, could hear the couple next door fighting quite well.
It was very clean, furniture looked great and everyone was nice. Loved the Starbucks, but unfortunately they only had a machine serving the coffee, not a proper Starbucks.

GermanyIt was quite cold in the evening in the lounge area. There was a door wide open to the outside and the weather outside was chilly. We closed it up and so it really wasn't a big problem.
The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfy. There was a good choice for breakfast and it was very tasty. Staff were friendly and very helpful in arranging seating for our large family group in the restaurant. The food in the Bella Italia restaurant was very good and saved us getting in the car to go out for food. We also appreciated the big car park and free parking. The hotel was easy to find.

United KingdomA little bit more floor space would have been slightly better as we had a double bed and a sofa bed in our room. Our daughter can be a wheelchair user at times and although we didn’t need the accessible room (our friends who we were with did) it would have been a real struggle to get the wheelchair further than entrance area but will remember this for next time and will maybe book more than a standard room.
The room temperature was fantastic, other budget hotels are too warm for us, also having a fridge in the room is another bonus. Breakfast was wonderful, I don’t like a full cooked breakfast so there was plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, meats/cheeses and the best fresh pastries I have had in a long time. Also when the pastries ran out they restocked promptly fresh from the oven, yum!
