Due too booking.com not sending our booking request, of a disabled access room,we had to stay on a first floor room for one night witch was a hassle for me, I use booking. Com alot after this experience I may have to think twice about using booking. Com again

My main gripe is about the inadequate parking space. The pre booking information should state that there are far more rooms than parking spaces and we with others had to park in the long term car park nearby. The breakfast was good but the service was slow.

It is a nice hotel in a good position the room was a good size and a big bathroom.

When we checked in we had to ask where to go to get to the room and had to search for the restaurant and breakfast times ( these were on a leaflet in the room) but nice to be explained when booking in. We were checked in by someone that had just started that day so not her fault but other staff helping her did not give the details.

Location was great and within walking distance of beach and town. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Staff were excellent too. Very organised and helpful.

The room was too small to accommodate the large double bed and should have been a single occupancy room. Also the bathroom was extremely narrow.

Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast excellently prepared. Hotel staff very helpful. Superb facilities.

Not enough parking. Front gate open in the evening along the seafront but when we walked up to the hotel it was all locked. We and several others (older people )had to walk back down the path to the main entrance . Shut the gate when you lock up please!

The steam room wasn't working 😒 Problem with the lock on the door which required several visits to reception to sort out

The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails outside in the sun. The outdoor pool was a real treat. We ordered room service for breakfast which was the best idea!

No black pudding for our first breakfast, and no yogurt for our second. One of the dessert choices wasn't available on our first night because there were no bananas. No trolley available for me to get my luggage to and from the car ( it had gone missing), but the staff were really good about moving it for us themselves. Seagulls were a nuisance on the terrace. It would be good to have a better choice of non-alcoholic wines and some low alcohol/non alcoholic gin. Couldn't use wheelchair to get to and from our room because the lift wasn't big enough.

Breakfast was well-presented and tasty. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The food tasted lovely: great cooking. Hotel was set up for us to relax, which we did! Outdoor pool, terrace etc lovely. Great location.

Limited dinner menu. Both pools were pretty small and the indoor pool area was far too hot for comfort. Room 29 had no mirror in the bedroom (problem for hairdrying), nowhere to hang wet coats, no coasters for cups.

The room had large windows with a door to the balcony, these had shutters fitted which had some of the blades missing or broken so let a lot of light in, in the morning Bathroom was tired and needs attention (Brocken wall tiles and sealant to the side and bottom of the bath was poorly fitted)
