“After a long day on a motorcycle, we arrived at the given address, where a lady drove us to the accommodation in about 10 minutes by driving in front of us. It was located high on the mountain with an incredible view. We asked the owner what and where we could eat, but since there are no restaurants or shops in the area, he was so kind that he invited us to his place, where he prepared us so many delicious, multi-course meals that we were all for it. For example, the wild boar sausage he shot and prepared himself was incredibly delicious. We talked to each other with the help of Google Translate, he was a very kind man. He made us coffee, homemade jam, and bread for breakfast. We highly recommend him and the accommodation!”
“The Casa Vacanza I Foresti is located in a very authentical and nice place, with a great view. The holder is very friendly and holds a small bar were we could buy some good wine for the aperitive. We received tasteful appetizers (local cheese, pizza, olives).”
“This is especially perfectly located for bikers wishing to ride the amazing roads and cols of this area. Big bonus is secure parking (FOC). Signora hostess, in spite of no English, was very accommodating and tried hard! This is basic accommodation, clean and tidy but no real facilities to talk of. The restaurant below was not open in the evening so you need to make your own arrangements to either eat out or buy food to eat in.”
