No breakfast is served. Nearby restaurants are open very late, so you need to buy food from a convenience store.

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a convenience store in front and there are many restaurants nearby.

Location is good but a new carpet throughout the hotel is in order.

Location and the staff were very good for the purpose intended. It's advisable that a restaurant in the building with perhaps a breakfast included will be great for the guests as well as the livelihoods for the hotel.

The rooms are small, but this is the norm in Seoul. Overall, the neighborhood is plain, compared to many others in Seoul, and even Gangnam. The airport bus that come past the hotel runs very infrequently. There are other buses from the airport that come within 0.5 km of the hotel which run much more often.

The hotel is modern, quiet, and nice, and the staff is helpful. There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is an easy walk to the subway station, and not much further to Hangang Park (the miles-long park along the Han River). There are a smattering of high-end clothing stores, automobile dealerships and plastic surgery clinics in the neighborhood so you get a feel for what Gangnam is about.

I don't like how there was some dust in our room and they didn't have various tub options available. They only had the standard household style bathtub available.

I found the guests around me to be noisy and was woken up in the middle of the night by banging on a room door.

I liked how close this hotel is to Apgujeong station so it’s easy to get around. There are lots of corner shops and places to get food. I had one incident where a staff member was rude to me, but the rest of the staff interactions were pleasant. The room was small but cozy, and the temperature controls were great during the hot and humid weather. I would stay again! The bathroom was clean and housekeeping provided clean towels and water everyday.

The basin in the bathroom leaked a bit.

The room was clean and the staff were kind. I think it's worth the price. But it would be way better if they had more flexible policy about early check-in. I asked if I could pick up my room key about an hour earlier under a condition that I wouldn't enter the room before check-in time, but I was asked for additional charge of 10,000 won.

Sometimes a bit noisy from the road at night.

Good location for what I needed, and many useful shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also easy to get a taxi whenever I needed. Nice room with everything you need, including two complimentary bottles of water every day. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

It was hard to handle a TV set as everything was in korean. The towels smelled like chlorine. there was no breakfast and no staff to help with my luggage. I needed help because i stayed there after a spine surgery. Also the walls are very thin, i could hear the neighbors all the time
