I just didnt like that the room smelled like cigarette and the towels were a bit old with few stains on them but that was also solved

The room was big and comfortable. it also had a balcony which was great. The staff were super friendly especially Ali when the internet was not connecting, he made sure to solve the problem

It's very central in the city and can be noisy when the door is open.

I booked it because of what others reviewed. Very comfortable vibe like among family and friends. Mohamad from the reception, chef Nizar in the kitchen and the chilling pool on the rooftop were the highlights of my stay.

Some minor maintenance was needed for things like loose towel racks and the like, but nothing major. The safe was also a bit more confusing than regular safes but the helpful handyman at the hotel showed me how to use it.

Central Urban Suites is a stylish, clean and well-located hotel in the Dikwaneh area of Beirut. It's close to a variety of cool shops and good places to eat. The hotel has a special feature which is a fun rooftop pool with a bar. This is a lifesaver on those hot Beirut summer days.

Few places you get a balcony to sit on! Very clean room & comfy bed. Parking spots are available. Even if you want to escape people, the roof is a great place to enjoy the sun next to the small pool. All in all a great stay for a great price as well.

I didn’t like that there is no fitness center on location its not in the hotel you get coupons to a cheap gym near by. We did find a cockroach in the hallway , and the rooms themselves are very modest they can use quite a few upgrades.

I like how friendly the staff is. The food was good and beds were clean.

We loved the staff. Ever helpful and with good disposition - Mario, Mohammed, Hassan, and the manager were our favs. The kids absolutely loved Mario. The ladies in housekeeping were also very polite and helpful.

The most beautiful thing about the entire hotel is the kindness of the staff, always ready to help you: they assisted us with advice and accommodating our requests. Clean and spacious room; too bad about the view of a storage/disposal center.

Super clean rooms In the room there small kitchen with fridge, kettler and small oven+ microwave. Super friendly stuff, especially Rony, Tony and Mario! But not only them - all stuff is very helpful. While I was with 2 small kids- they suggested to do extra cleaning of the room. When kids were clumsy and didn’t want to eat meals from breakfast menu- they went to place near hotel and brought for kids what did they demand. Even without my request to do that! Thank a lot

Hated the breakfast, they didn't ask anything about what we wanted or like, just brought a bunch of food to the table. no cutlery, no plates, no tea, no coffee, just a very diluted sugar water acting like juice. the food looked like it had been plated and in the fridge for a week, hummus was dry and crusty, the vegetables were disgusting, only edible thing was the olives and bread. Make sure you check if they fixed their breakfast before paying for it.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good storage space, good mirror bathroom for getting ready. good value for money for the room only. Update: I was informed by the management that they will be updating their breakfast and improving it.
