I did not like reduced bathroom and the nightly rate is too high for the stay. The surrounding area is dirty.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, the in-room A/C control, the soundproofing on windows really blocked out all noise, and the staff are all very kind and helpful, zocalo and the awesome Museo de Amparo are nearby.

the ‘gym’ isn’t really a gym. nothing works, it’s also very dirty up there. there’s a water filter station up there that also doesn’t work. our toilet seat in our apartment kept coming off and on arrival in our room we only were given one small bottle of water to share between two of us.

The windows to the street didn’t shut all the way and even though they tried to compensate with a second shutter it was still too loud to sleep. It is on a bus route so the traffic is extra loud and it’s next to a 24 convenience store so you hear them unloading supplies in the middle of the night and people talking outside of the store all night. The beds are super soft as well.

Very friendly reception and spotless suite in a great location with a nice rooftop terrace.

It is abt 10 mins walking distance of touristic areas, not much going on in the hotel's neighbourhood, except for the advantage of being calm and no noise at night.

Excellent place, good size room with convenient separate kitchenette space.

had an amazing stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. the reception is 24hr. it was very useful having a kitchen. it has everything I needed. I had to do quite a lot of work, including on zoom and the internet was mostly very good.

rooms were miniature apartments. Did not use kitchen, but refrigerator very appreciated. Front desk staff were very helpful with hotel, area and helping arrange a Premium class E-bus out of Paseo Destino to El Angel in CDMX. Hotel has sound barriers on internal window shutters, but interior rooms are quiet. Water Bottle easily accessible.

as many comments already listed : the room is small - but that's ok if you only stay few nights note however that the beds are REALLY small : we took one room for the 4 of us, and it was difficult (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - beds were maybe 120cm wide? it was really narrow and none of us slept well. So I would recommend families to actually take 2 rooms... We need a kitchen to cook meals for our children who have food allergies - the kitchen is under-equipped and miss a lot of utensils, has only one burner - so it is more a kitchen for breakfast / small dishes, but not for cooking...

I could hear everything going on in the next suite. Fortunately the guest was a civilized US American who stayed out most of the time and when at home she would take Spanish lessons and watch Mexican movies. But NOT disturbing. Things would be different with different people

Loved my stay here. Modern, functional, clean, well organized, good wi-fi, quiet (can't tell about the suites facing the street though). Friendly staff, free maps and tourist info materials. Unbeatable price. Defnitely the place to stay in Puebla. I booked for one night, ended up staying three, and would happily stay for longer.

The location was perfect. Most of the sights were in walking distance. The room was perfect. We enjoyed the seating area on the rooftop as well. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

At night, the area is somewhat dark and there is not much open right around there. The first day, a few of my towels were threadbare. After that, the towels were changed out at some point and they were much nicer. There was possible black mold in one area of the closet. The shower could go from cool water to hot water and back again. Either a mixing valve or hot water heater problem most likely. Satellite T.V. was out (not working) when I arrived, and I am not sure that it ever was fixed. There was regular T.V. though (no English channels). Headboards of the beds needed either to be recovered or replaced. "Vinyl" finish is peeling off in spots. "Gym" area was very simple.

The kitchenette was very nice. The staff was excellent.
