The bathroom is really dark. Insufficient light. This definitely needs to be improved.

—The bed was a little too soft, as far as my preference is concerned. —The quality of the art pieces in the living room is debatable. (However, a nice art piece in hanging in the bed room.)

—Very courteous and helpful staff all around. —Easy access to the apartment with a key card. —Outstanding location, really close to the city center. —Everything is nice and clean and very well maintained. —Open bathroom to the bedroom, but a separate room for the toilet. —Nice and super clean yard below and a good view from the third floor. —Excellently equipped apartment (cutlery, glasses, cups, towels, hygiene products, huge wardrobe to store all kinds of stuff, hotel safe, Nescafé coffee machine, fully functional kitchen, vacuum cleaner, ironing utensils, nice furniture, hair dryer, tv, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Bonus: Free Nescafé bombs and tea, small pie as a gift on Kings Day.

If I have to nitpick, my unit had some steep stairs but the receptionist said I must ask for a unit with lift access next time, and the shower curtain is annoying. Absolutely nothing else, best apartment I’ve ever stayed in.

The location is superb! Right across the grocery store, next to restaurants, close to busstop, city centre and everything else you can think of. The apartment is super comfortable, again, with everything. Lovely coffee, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, gorgeous interior, and the best part… a quiet room with the best bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Room was completely soundproof and it felt like I slept on clouds, in heaven. Staff were amazing!

Only downside is that lack of proper light during night as no overhead bulb is available. But ambiance is nice for couples.

Everything , the comfort , the decor , the modern conveniences, the friendliness . It was our third time staying here and it certainly won't be the last . The staff are so nice and so accommodating. The apartment has everything one could possibly want , and is very conveniently located .

The studio we stayed in was next to red lights from the gate. I suggest to bring eye masks. Other than that it was nice.

Please provide enough shampoo, conditioner, etc according to the days the custormer live.

The wi-fi signal was somewhat weak in my room. I was mostly using mobile internet so it didn't bother me but if I had to work I would probably need a better connection

Everything was exceptional. It's super rare when a hotel stay feels like home, which is what Business Guesthouse has actually managed to achieve. The room was spacious and super cozy; it also felt like it's brand new because it's so well maintained. The attention to details was phenomenal and there was everything one could wish for. Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had so far.
