Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Friendly staff. Clean, big room, comfy beds. TV, tea and coffee making facilities, soap , lots of towels. One free shuttle service was a touch we were grateful for - although the hotel was one of the closest to the airport, it's actually quite far in a random little suburb!

The room was comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant for three evenings. Food was excellent and a very good selection was offered for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe room was a bit hot during the night and we couldn’t figure out how to cool it.
We were pleasantly surprised with the lovely, updated, clean rooms. We also enjoyed having a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, a real plus! Another good thing was having a free shuttle from the airport and a very reasonably priced departure shuttle back to the airport for our flight. The front desk and restaurant staff were professional, kind, and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. It was nice that the hotel offered shuttles from the airport to the hotel, and when we got there the check-in and check-out went smoothly, as well as scheduling the next-day shuttle back to the airport.

Well appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Very convenient to local restaurants, shopping and best of all - the airport. Highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport. They have a shuttle, but it's a bit pricey in my opinion - currently 25 Euro for the trip, HOWEVER, they will pick you up at the airport for free (one trip).
