Friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Ability to use your own mini kitchen in apartment. Close to railway station with easy access to everywhere in Holland. Pub below with good atmosphere and superb kitchen.

The bathroom is not well maintained. Because of the Bar downstairs the room smell of smoking. Breakfast was good but not worth 11,5euro per person.

Hotel is located right opposite the BOZ railway station. The room was big and well equiped.

Location was great to see old town and was across from the train station. Host was accommodating to secure our bikes at night. We had a kitchenette which functioned well. Overall the property was worn but clean.

For people who care about it... It is an older building and needs some tlc. You can see people are doing their best but there are small issues.

Perfect location near public transport. Very spacious room (it even had a kitchenette). Clean. Very friendly staff. Nice detail of a laundry basket in the bathroom. I would book again.

I really had to dig deep to scratch up anything to dislike about this place. Only thing I would say I can complain about is the menus don't have English and the place is so busy. However the staff are so friendly if you have any problems they will help

This hotel is wonderful. Literally get out the train station and walk across the road. Can't miss it unless you close your eyes. Got in the hotel and checked in. Lead up to the room which was like a bedsit. 2 single beds but not too many complaints. So spacious. Absolute surprise. Brilliant location, right outside bus stop & train station. Just a little walk and in town.

The hotel’s location is very good being next to the railway station and 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of the town. The room was clean and comfortable with a side lounge and kitchen area. All appliances worked. There was no noise despite being above a bar/restaurant and facing a street. The breakfast was very good and offered cooked options. The hotel staff were very friendly and as we arrived just after 11.00am kept our luggage safe while we explored the town.

The hotel does not have its own parking. On street parking around varies in price although after 6pm (except Friday) it is free until 9am the next day.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. My room was very spacious with a seperate bedroom and a little lounge. Right opposite the railway station.

Heater was not working (I've heard this usually happens in the place, but you can make an inquiry to change your room or get it fix, and they will). Kitchen has really little cluttery (just one knife). Bathroom sink was pretty small and you have no room to leave your basic hygiene elements. Power outlets were dispossed in a uncomfy way. Check-out was really confusing since I checked-out at 8:00 and no one was there to receive the keys, so I left them in the room.

Location is really nice, just across the train station. Beds were really comfy and they have a single couch that was really comfortable. It's a silent room ideal for work. Internet connection was pretty great.

The shower and coffee maker should be working. Add a sitting desk in the living room so somebody can work there. A kringloop winkel desk and chair would do to make the room functional. One could live there for a few weeks. The facility and location are great. Just make sure things work in the room.
