We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GreeceMy window wouldn't open fully, but it didn't matter much, I was able to open it inclined so it fulfilled its purpose. I guess maintenance would fix it later on.
I was a guest two months ago. The cleaniness has been improved. Easy parking for my large car. I only stayed for one day so it served me well for the purpose.

GermanyPlastic bathroom very noisy when used. Thin walls, one can hear all the neighbors activities. Noisy neighbours, no respect for quiet program after 10PM. Dirty shower. Dirty towels. Dirty floor, not cleaned for days in a row. Bad smell on the hallway (urin). Defect window opening mechanism. No direct phone connection to the reception.

Flexibel check-in. I arrived pretty late in the evening and was able to check-in without problems (on website they say that check-in must be done until 19 o’clock). Personal was very nice.

United KingdomThe building is really outdated and the room really really need an upgrade. There are cigarete holes on the carpet floor, some light tiktaktoe drawing on the way. An old bed and even one cushion is very thin. You can hear people very loudly when they are talking in the hall. And we noticed in the morning that the curtain have holes on the other side and one of the pillow case on the pillow was inside out.
The price ‘coz it was affordable for us for a last minute room. The bathroom was i think the cleanest part of the room.
