“The location was fabulous. We could walk into and around town. The breakfast. Manager was great, gave us lots of advice on what to see and do. We took his advice and it was amazing. Unique place to stay.”
“Very clean and well appointed southwestern styled rental. There are only 4 rentals and they are all at ground level which makes it easy to enter and exit. Each unit has their own outdoor Adirondack style chair next to the entry of their respective unit. The flowering cactus pots on the outside of the rooms gave a nice homey feel. Each of the plants are meticulously maintained. The unit I rented was unit #3 and it has thoughtful matching pine furniture with a large window with a sheer veiled curtain and with the additional blackout curtains. Throughout the rental there were local art paintings which was a great touch to accent the bedroom and bathroom areas. There is a hutch which houses your typical necessities like refrig, microwave and extra storage. There was a small table with two chairs and a comfortable love seat in front of the bed. The bathroom was large with nice accessories - tissue, toothbrushes, soap bars, shampoo, body wash, plenty of white, clean towels and very good lighting except in the shower. The shower stall did not have its own light and received only filtered light thru the shower curtain. The hot water was almost immediate and may have had a water filter since it did not feel hard on the skin. The wifi worked sufficiently for accessing news and weather, but I cannot speak for any streaming services since they were not accessed. There is a nice community room between the restaurant and rental units with other necessities like ice, glasses, wine glasses, sink and other home gadgets at your disposal. It, too, was well appointed and well maintained. As mentioned, there is a great restaurant directly on the other side of the rental units with a great vibe and great menu. I would recommend to get to the restaurant early because it is a very popular local restaurant. The rental came with a menu for the restaurant to easily order in, but I preferred to simply take the easy walk thru the community room and go into the restaurant.”
“The room colors were different than the ones in the website. The colors were very nice. We only had coffee. The room was clean. The service was very nice, the place was very calm, easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Definitely will stay there again.”
“We stayed in the old part of the hotel. Reminiscent of old style wild west saloon and hotel, but with all modern conveniences. Surprisingly comfortable. Room and ensuite were small but had everything we needed. Restaurant food and service were excellent. Folk music in the evening was most enjoyable and stopped at 9pm. no noise at all from bar or restaurant after 10pm, very quiet. Hotel gave us excellent recommendation for breakfast at Farmhouse Cafe, a few miles out of town.”
