The tours that was offered on brochures in the lobby. Can’t recommend both tours we did - the ATV or the Catamaran day trip to two islands.

We stayed in the Sky Suite and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. Nothing felt old or dirty. The view was stunning, the staff were the sweetest, always friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here!

The only downside is that the room is dated. This was the top hotel in Phuket in 2012, judging by the Tripadvisor honours displayed in the lobby, and I'd wager, it hasn't been renovated since. Whilst built extremely luxuriously, the hotel is due for some much needed refurbishment. I had to leave 5am and asked for packed breakfast. They said they will provide, but when I was checking out, there was actually no one at reception so I just left the key and made my way to the airport, although I might have just been unlucky with staff.

I rented the Gaia Studio with a swimming pool and must say this was the most luxurious experience I've had for that price ever! It wasn't even a studio, but a proper one bedroom apartment, complete with two showers, dining area on top of the living room, and a completely private and discreet gorgeous deck with a swimming pool and a view. Breakfast, included in the rate, was excessively abundant. I mean, roast duck for breakfast! And they even have free shuttle for Patong which I took once, but can be nice if you time it properly and would like to save a bit as taxis in Phuket have become unreasonably expensive. Should I return to Phuket, I will look nowhere else and ask for this room again, specifically!

The road directly outside is difficult to walk as no sidewalk but generally we used the free shuttle or tuktuks

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was of a high standard. The private pool was such a luxury. We enjoyed the location being slightly out of the busy resort of Patong. The complimentary breakfast has so many choices and everything we tried was delicious. Room service was excellent and the bar and restaurant served some of the nicest food and drink we had during our stay.

I noticed tiny ants, but I used the bug spray that was supplied and it did the job.

the room could have used a better cleaning. the rug was stained, the couch had a stain on it too, under the couch was dirty, i found a toenail too… the sheets and towels were clean though. however the robes were stained sometimes.

loved the view and the staff. the staff is so friendly and accommodating, all while you have a beautiful room with a beautiful view. the buffet in the morning is really good as well

The property has an outdoor tennis court, gym, and two swimming pools. However, I would prefer it if the property had an indoor gaming room or any kind of indoor entertainment area to alleviate boredom.

The hotel staff were extremely good and helpful. They provided an international breakfast, and the shuttle bus to Patong Beach was helpful.

The property is very well cared for, but it’s a bit dated inside. The main pool is near the road and you get noise and pollution - so not that peaceful.

The hotel is slightly out of Patong and up the hillside providing a peaceful getaway from the non-stop traffic, pollution and noise. It had beautiful views and our room had its own private plunge pool. It had a complimentary bus which took you into the party town; we used this and got a Tuc Tuc back - 10 minute drive in the traffic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - very clean and well looked after.

It’s dated and needs maintenance. Air conditioning was very noisy and constant running water was noisy from other pools. Earplugs a must. I think they ran out of towels and duvet covers during our stay so they just used flat sheets with the duvet in between. Mosquitoes a problem in the room, due to poor door seals in bathroom - spray provided though. Not for the unfit! Very steep steps (45) to our room.
