Thin walls so noise can be heard from the room.

Nice resort, you get what you pay for when going for the cheaper rooms don't expect any luxurys. Staff are amazing and so friendly, restaurant serves great food and smoothies. Gym is outstanding with every piece of equipment you could need. Great location close to the beach and a short walk to the main road where you can find loads of restaurants and bars.

Amazing location on a lagoon beach, but also close to the main road where you can find supermarket, restaurants, taxis. The swimming pool is very enjoyable, the restaurant is good (and not expensive) and staff is nice and helpful. The « deluxe bungalow » is big and clean. It could have a bit more features like table and chairs or a clothes drying rack for after the beach, but that’s only details.

The bungalows are a bit dated and could do with a refurb but everything is super clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff, everything is very easy and laid back. The pool is very nice and the resort is right on the beach. The scooter was great and fair priced.

Humid bathrooms, if you guys can figure out how to have a ventilation in the bathroom it'll be great. The electric power points it's in a weird position in the rooms...

the bungalow is too basic and small. it could get noisy because of motorbike sound . Need to give key for them to clean my room. it was raining for two days and the toilet ceiling leaked.

It is a love n hate thing with the monkeys:- cute but have to keep the balcony doors shut n not able to leave anything on the table as they the monkeys will be at them when u r in the pool. The supposed ‘free shuttle’ doesn’t work. I was charged 1500bahts to go from the airport to the hotel. I know that usually the hotel rates are more but more than double definitely is just too much. The breakfast is so so.

They welcome us with a refreshing hand towel which is great. The room are spacious.

1. Unexpected extra fees. When we arrived at the property it turned out that they are not able to charge customers through their booking.com account. We were offered to pay either in cash or using a credit card which would add extra 3%. Before arriving we weren't aware of the extra credit card fee and thus we never carried cash to cover the stay. This resulted with our stay costing more than expected (~$50). 2. Locked out of our room. Guests that want their rooms to be cleaned have to leave their room key with the receptionist before 5pm. We did this, however we weren't warned that there isn't staff available on site to return our keys later. After arriving from our adventures that night, we realised that we didn't have any access to our room key. There was no one at the reception, there were no instructions on how to get our key and no one had contacted us letting know that we won't be able to get in our room. We ended up calling the emergency number for the hotel and the first answer we got was - no one's on site, you'll have to wait till the morning. This was not acceptable to us so we asked them to do something to get our keys. After some some time the person who checked us in showed up and found our keys lying on the ground behind the reception desk. It was strange that at first we were told that no one is on site, but then clearly someone was able to come and help us. I would suggest the hotel to warn their guests about the fact that they won't be able to access their keys. I would expect a safer mechanism to exchange keys, a simple solution could be a lockbox with a code.

1. Bungalow & amenities Our garden bungalow was modern, clean and had a nice firm bed. The amenities were ok, the pool was nice and close to the beach. The gym was large and seemed to be well equipped. 2. Food We ordered dinner from the restaurant once - it was simple, priced well and tasty. 3. Staff Staff seemed friendly. 3. Location The location was good if you have a scooter - close to Thong Sala Pier (< 10 min), markets and local shops. The hotel was near a main road with frequent taxis that can take you to Haad Rin beach if you are heading to the full moon party.

My room was very noisy due to a door leading to another room. I was very unlucky with my neighbour, I have to say.

Room was a little smaller than I expected, staff also tried to charge my friend for food he didn't have. They were a little rude about it so he just ended up paying as it was easier, but definitely dampened our experience a little bit. Would also recommend a water refill point for customers to cut down on plastic on the island

I booked this place because it is located right at the beach. But swimming there is impossible. The water was very shallow. Because swimming was my priority, it was not a good decision for me to stay there. But it's not the hotel's fault ofc.

There was a nice gym that we could use for free. Considering gym prices are very high in the entire island, it was convenient. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Pool area was nice.

- There are 2 A type sockets in my bungalow, one near the door and one near the bathroom door. If you bring a lot of devices, will have to manage. - Staff members were easy-going and super helpful :) Good english. Made good food and smoothies. - Big C and motorcycle rental shop are within a walking distance. - Lots of chairs are provided at the beach area. Great for chilling and watching the waves. - Cute dogs.

Main guy at reception was super cool and very helpful- got us taxi to pier and bikes Gym was big too which was nice (a little old) but nothing bad to say about it A short walk to bars and stuff which was nice but was still quiet
