Cold pools apart from two. Couldn’t access them as they were so cold, need temp controlled pools for all pools in a hotel of this standard.

It had everything you could think of! Kids clubs was amazing. Restaurants and staff were great. The little details for the kids, bathrobes, kids toiletries, teddy bear gift.

Everything was amazing. Facilities are really good. Kids club was really good. Our 4 year old daughter lover the holiday. Food was amazing. Plenty of choices for any type of diet. I also loved fitness center and daily CrossFit workouts taught by one of the fitness coaches

We were there on last week of April abd there were a lot of tour-agents groups, who webt through the property, taking pictures, including in kids club while there were kids. I’d suggest to make such tours before club opening (there is planty of time before 10am). Aldo there were two events like conferences at the same week - a lot of people came in, creating a crowd I was not expecting in april. But on the other hand that proves level of hotel, when big events are held in it.

I liked everything - from room, food, kids club to terriotory and pools. Terriotory is green, well designed; pools are clean - there is one heated pool, others are not; kids pool is heated also. Main purpose to come was amazing kids club - and it was worth it. Big building with variaty of rooms and activities, great outdoor playground, friendly animators who are great with kids. My kids went there for full day and dis not want to leave.

The service was lacking in buffet restaurant as they seemed to be under staffed. We encountered a very unpolite member of staff at the lobby bar who served us drinks. As we had a group of 9, our order was longer than the average, which she rolled her eyes when we extended the order. The a la carte restaurants have an additional charge if you wanted to dine in. This charge commenced in September 2023. Prior to that, it was free of charge which I think should have stayed that way. As an all inclusive hotel, everything should be inclusive.

Very spacious rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries refilled. A wide selection of food in the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner; all lovely and fresh. A la cart restaurants were AMAZING. However, an additional charge applies. The hotel was catered to all ages, and and lots of activities to keep kids busy. There was also a nightclub for the adults :)

Nothing. Maybe just a pier which was under reconstruction, it was not functioning. Other than that nothing to complain.

Location, food, customer service were on a very high level! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again anytime this year. Well done!!!

It was not many guests during our stay, maybe that’s why there was not many choices at the Main Restaurant.

When we arrived with warm welcome at the resort. The resort secretaries provided us with many information of Resort. The team of kid’s club was great, they’d planned many programs for children. The lady at the Spa Center was willing to help me to know well the Hair Salon, so I had my new hair color there.

Flat floor was not cleaned properly only brushed. It badly needed a wash or steam clean. Air con was directly over the bed which was a health hazard. Slippers provided showed this as the soles got filthy from the floor. At the time of our stay there were many many small children pre- schoolers ( end of Sept). This made the dining hall very noisy and children were not controlled by the buffet food. Obviously not a good health plan! Small children should be kept away from the food on display. Add on costs were pricey - such as massage or taxi to airport. Beach was ok but not blue / see thro water in the sea.

- When we checked in we were given a lower-value room than the one we booked. It took hours and back and forth visits to fix this. The staff eventually even upgraded us to a better room to compensate the time lost, so we were ultimately happy. - The pathways were (oddly) built in smooth tiles and become very slippery when wet, especially by the pool. Some of my family members almost fell a few times. There has to be a way to fix this. - The Hayat (buffet restaurant) had better food than most restaurants... - Not a resort complaint (and my reason for giving it only 4 stars for cleanliness), but some guests were eating and leaving leftover food right by the pool area. Could have easily fallen into the pools, although staff was sufficient and attentive and cleaning up as much as they could.

Beautiful resort, lush greenery, nicely landscaped. Lots of amenities, huge pools, lots of restaurants, a wide variety of kids amenities, which were very helpful to us. Excellent buffet-style food at The Hayat restaurant. Polite and pleasant staff that is attentive to client requests - having a dedicated Ela assistant is definitely a plus and was very helpful to us.

Ela excellence was just an amazing experience, I was afraid to change hotel that I always go their, but I found that it is the right decision to change because it is 100% better in everything food, rooms, staff.., when I arrived I was surprised that I have two assistants Sude and Metin to assist my vacation days and nights, everyday they send me on whatsapp the scedule of the day to not miss any detail in the hotel which is a very important thing. If I need anything in the hotel I just send message to Sude or Metin, the service will be done in less than 5 minutes😁, they were very helpful and kind persons. I realy love this hotel and I recomand it with all my forces. Thank you ELA EXCELLENCE, thank you Sude, thank you Metin for all your kindness. I will never forget this experiece and I am sure to visit it again.

A clean hotel! Very well organized! Staf 10+ for most of them except for few runners from the pool that would be helpfull only if they would get a tip! Food was good but too repetitive! Drinks ok (you would get a Corona beer only if you tip) Room extreamly clean and confortable! Spa service 10+ (massage is amazing, deff worth all the money)

I found the beds weren’t very comfortable. Our room also had a sofa bed which felt like sleeping on the floor.

The food was exceptional. The resort has many free a la carte options to choose from which I found to be of a very high quality / standard. I personally prefer a la carte vs buffet as it prevents food wastage. Kids club facilities were great. Loads of entertainment options On the whole I found the staff to be very friendly with the exception of one incident when I tried to get my 8 year old son to play in the teens club arcades room (11 - 17 year olds). The chap working at the time didn’t allow him to play on the arcades even though it was empty. I thought he was being quite rigid with the rules. My son did get to play on the arcades quite a few times afterwards though when other staff members were present
