The carpets were dirty and there were tears in the window shade. Unfortunately, our neighboring room was very noisy late into the night (well after midnight). Generally it just seemed in need of some freshening up.

The location is the main reason I stayed. It is/was very convenient. The beds are very comfy and the staff is friendly.

Room was very dated. Remote control wouldn't work for the TV which wasn't a big deal as we were tired and only there to catch a few hours of sleep. For someone travelling for short-term work, the kitchen was nice and convenient, but a few stocked dishes would make sense. The bed wasn't super comfy but was okay.

Least expensive place we could find in the area to catch a few hours of sleep.

The room definitely needed some updates. Flooring lifted up on the bathroom. However, there was a nice updated shower. Broken bedroom closet door. Old damaged cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils/appliances are not in the room. You have to request them and carry up yourself. (Make sure someone goes with you to retrieve these items, if you're trying to stock your kitchen). There was old un-even vinyl flooring in the kitchen area. Old stained carpet. The website stated "breakfast included," and there were literally two grab and go items available and coffee.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful, with the couple of questions that I had. Plenty of free parking. The rooms have nice large windows. Easy off the highway location. Ratings for this property are about a 3, and I believe 2.7/3.00 on a 1 - 5 scale, is pretty dead on accurate.

free Breakfast was not what we expected. They only served coffee and oatmeal was at lest expecting eggs, toast or bacon. even orange juice. no body came by to clean the room, or even the hallways which was a mess.

it was right around the corner from the supermarket and also down the street from my loved ones.

HVAC was bad. Couldn't get good warm temperature. Either too hot or too cold and very noisy unit. Front desk gave late check out for an additional charge then someone knocked on our room door anyway. No resolution with front desk that dismissed the complaint.

Good value. Room was clean and did not smell like bleach. Clean smelling towels and bedding. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good hotel location.

This was supposed to include breakfast and it did not. The coffee in the front hall was also empty so there was not even that. The hallways reaked badly like a stale ashtray. The front entry is depressing and needs help.

I believe it advertised breakfast. They termed it a grab & go breakfast - packet oatmeal, packet small muffin, granola bar, reg. Coffee & tea., all served on the reception counter. There was what use to be a breakfast room that was locked.

There were no amenities in the room . I saw that I had to get kitchen things (a glass) from the front desk but there was no one manning the desk. After 15 minutes I finally buzzed her and she was right there(?) but it took her another 5 minutes to get the glass. It would be better to have the kitchen stocked. Also There was no breakfast as advertised - we left at 7:30 . Maybe it started later?

When I checked in, the 3rd party credit (Expedia I think) through whom I had booked had not gone onto your system. As a result I had to pay again. Thus I had to call afterwards to get the charge reversed. However your customer service agent was very helpful and got me the credit within minutes. However, it is annoying and uses up my time to have to get the charge reversed - something is broken between 3rd parties and your system,

I was very upset they charged me for one night, because they said, my new reservation wasn't canceled properly. The manager, acted like no big deal, its only $135.00 for one night. After I spent several weeks there, and spent like over $2,000 not cool at all.
